Rachel is a thief, do not come here. Stole everything in our storage except clothes.
Excellent service from Rachel. After moving some of my things in I realized I was not going to have enough space. Money being tight I couldn’t afford a bigger storage or additional one. She gave suggestions on how to stack my boxes and put mattresses ontop. Worked out perfectly !

I came in looking for a quick and easy storage fix, ended up getting scammed and now I’m getting told I’m in a misunderstanding. I worked with Rachel in getting a lot. She showed me the units and eventually I found one that was suitable.
I had already let her know in advance, I’d like to pay for two months up front and I’d like to get 24/7 hour access (extra charge).
I tell her about the online promotion she goes ahead and “takes care” of the reservation and then charges me for the in store price instead of the reservation price, assures me I’ll have my two months of 24 hour access and sends me on my way.
Come to find out I did not get the online price, did not get the 24 hour access either, and I need to pay over 120 extra now.
Very cunning worker, online price plus the Add ons I requested equal exactly the in-store price. I am currently waiting back on the district manager, will post on what the resolution is.
Afterword: Well the District/Area Manager contacted me and helped smooth things out. Very professional, very curteous. - my overall rental experience here? 7.8/10 Mistake was an error and miscommunication overall maybe but I was assisted on getting the desired customer experince.
Recently moved things into storage here and Sandra is extremely nice and friendly and took the time to show me the unit and how to access the door and gate with access codes which was great appreciated and her professionalism is great. This location was perfect for me because it's in-between my job and new apartment for extra convenience for vicinity. Very clean and maintained for a older location, this shows management cares about the facility which is a big plus.
Easy and convenient
Do not rent here!!! I am a truck driver so I had almost to all my belongings in storage. I also moved from another state, so my entire life was in that storage. I had auto pay set up back in 10/2025. The last time I personally went the unit was 12.2025. I came 05/2026 to add some things only to realize my lock had been switched. I knew from that moment something was not about to be good and my stuff was no longer in there. I go to office to see why. Rachel acted flabbergasted as if she didn’t know. Mind you it’s one of their locks. I brought my own and did not purchase one of their locks. She claims she didn’t know why and that she would have to have the locksmith come out the next day to cut it off. She then states she noticed a week prior of the new lock because it did not have one their stickers. She did not call or inform me of that. The locksmith comes the next day to cut off lock and once he opened it I had been completely robbed. I had a big storage and it was filled to capacity. It was definitely an inside job because the person knew I hadn’t been there in a while. Every box that was left had been opened. They took their time. And they put that new lock on there so I could not prove to insurance that it was forced entry. So now the insurance I paid for on top of monthly bill denied my claim. Not only did they take a lot of valuable items, they also to sentimental items that I can never replace. Paperwork with my information on it, pictures, obituaries, accomplishments, and who knows what else. I was so hurt about this on top of everything else I been going through. These people are thieves and I warn you to not rent here. Whoever did this is evil and I pray karma eats
them up. I lost everything. Rachel would not provide any surveillance. She also lives on the property but managed to let someone rob me. Don’t let her smile and fake customer act fool you. I called corporate who was supposed to credit my account because there’s no telling how long I been paying on an empty storage. They are still charging me. Unethical unsympathetic thieves.

I was moving from out of state and had been working with a lot of people at various storage places, so I was really worried about finding a great spot. I’m so glad I chose this location! I actually messed up my move-in date, so everything was last minute, but Macy was able to get me set up and more in very quickly, so I don’t think I could have found a better place!

She is very knowledgeable, the sweetest person, so helpful, quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, and put my mind at ease that my property would be best stored here. She provided exceptional customer service which is few and far between these days. I've been in management for over 24 years and was blown away at how great she was. She was also out cleaning and looked like she was working very hard to make sure the place was presented perfectly for her tenants. Hands down, she's the best and definitely deserves a raise! 👏🏼

This place has horrible customer service. Staff is hard to catch in office. Today lady with her kid exited the office area and we asked if she worked here, we had a question. She looked down and motioned to herself and said do I look like I work here. I would have a uniform if I did, even if I worked here, I don’t have one on. I don’t know who messed up her day but it was a simple question. Then we realized she walked out of the staff only door. Too bad we didn’t catch it before she drove off or else would have a smart response for her in return.
Fee charge is required for a limited amount of time but you can cancel after that time. However, can’t cancel unless you do so in person. Can’t do so if no one is around. Way to run a business.
I’m here at public storage off of Wallisville rd and I couldn’t get in the gate and my app said access denied but a lady was walking into the door of the office so me and her walk out to the unit and the storage wasn’t clean at all it wasn’t ready at all the lady said she just got here to do a property check but she took out the time to clean my storage I help her clean it the storage had sofa pillows and a head board on the inside but she clean it I’m glad she showed up when she did she apologized to me serveral times but it wasn’t her fault cause she don’t work here she clean my storage and went back inside of office did what she had to do then they emailed me a gate code now I’m able to get in and out of gate plus my storage is clean “now”….Thank you mam so so much I think she said her name was Ms Vee thank you mam so much for making this way more easier for me

This facility is very disappointing. The facility description was inaccurate to say the least. There was no security gate and the unit looked to be run down and outdated.
No management on property and the customer service was no help in retaining a full refund for the deception. I was offered the lock fee back but not the administrative fee.
I would not recommend this location if you want to keep your personal items.

Employees not onsite during work hours.
I went storage on wallisville yesterday 3 times during hours that Employees should be onsite and I could not get into my storage because they have their lock on it and it's paid. But they will nit remove thier lock until I buy thier lock but has not been onsite the 3 times I was able to come. And I only came during business hours.

The rental process was easy! Staff was outstanding very helpful his name was Byrd. He made everything simple and easy to understand I was only in there for about 5 minutes
This place is horrible! Not only was my lock cut and my things were stolen. There is no security cameras. They don’t exterminate regularly so my things were full rat droppings. I will never use them again. If you have things you really value don’t store them here!!

Got a storage unit for my grandmas stuff, and Sherrie was such a big help and had the best costumer service a person could ask for.

Would not recommend this place. HORRIBLE rat infestation- destroyed all of my belongings. UNIT IS DISGUSTING!!! Price increased from $35 to $80 over time (smallest unit available).
