I recently lost my husband to cancer after him dealing with dialysis. I was not in a good place until I spoke with Elcie the new manager to this property. She helped me secure a unit. Where I could start the hard part of condensing down our home and begin the transition of grieving as well as unloading. Elcie went out of her way to accommodate me as I cried on her shoulder. She was kind loving professional and a good listener. I applaud public storage for having such a great example of management here. Recently my unit was broken into from the people behind mines. I was very upset and ready to leave but ELSIE MOHAMED the property manager was amazing came out and acted on it very quickly, got me moved into another unit immediately and made me feel safe and secured again. Every since she started at this location everything been going perfect I've really seen the difference in the property, its more clean and organized. The truth is that the unit is neglected, there is too much garbage accumulated and that results in the spread of rats. When I left all my belongings, I returned at night and my top and other things had rats on them and several holes in the walls. I hope to be able to get everything out as soon as possible due to the strong smell of excrement and urine from the rodents.

and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and thoroughly hassle-free.
What stood out:
The facility is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The grounds, hallways, and storage units were clearly cared for, which immediately instilled confidence.
Security is top notch. I felt safe during every visit, thanks to the gated entry, surveillance cameras, and staff vigilance.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered my questions patiently, helped me pick the right unit size, and got me set up quickly without any hidden fees or surprises.
The move-in process was seamless. The paperwork was simple, the access instructions were easy to follow, and there was no long delay or confusion.
Location and access are a bonus — easy to reach, well-lit, and convenient for loading and unloading.

DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! I have to replace most of my items due to the rat infestation!! I was renting two units and they both was damaged and infested! I would never used this location again if I ever need a storage again! They have big holes in the walls from the rats traveling throughout! I filed a claim with the insurance but based off of the previous reviews I'm not expecting them to do anything for my lost but I'm going further with my claim something is going to get done!

Convenience of location isn’t bad, the cleanliness of the renters isn’t up to par though. I swear if it wasn’t for Kemosi & his DRIVE to satisfy customers I wouldn’t of stayed I didn’t mind losing out on the money that I’ve already paid but I was definitely looking to switch locations. Kemosi went way above & beyond for me while also trying to take care of other customers on the phone! Grateful for his assistance, but sad he has to work like that. Also, the Kiosk may be a convenience for the company but it’s definitely not for the customers because no one is on-site to speak to so goodluck trying to reach someone in person or on the phone!
I had an issue with picking up my keys after there was an upgrade done to the property which caused them to need to replace my lock. Kemosi looked everywhere and found them for me. He went above and beyond. He also helped me get my rent reduced for the next 3 months.

I am beyond frustrated. Received my rental instructions YESTERDAY EVENING. Upon my movers arrival this morning, there was a red lock on rental we had reserved. There was NO one on site to confront. Had called the location several times and got no answer. Movers ended up having to drive down the street to ANOTHER location in order to be assisted just to be told there was an issue with the unit we reserved. But we didn't receive ANY phone call to discuss the matter prior to move in and be re issued another unit. Then to be charged an additional unit transfer fee, is just to unreal. I look forward to filing a complaint with corporate due to this extreme inconvenience

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had my storage broken into by either whomevers storage was next door to mine or an employee. I notified the managers. I was told to contact insurance and make a police report, and I did. I was told insurance would reach back out to me in two days tops, they did not. When I first moved in the storage next to me D19 had so many items, the plywood thin cheap walls were busting through my storage. I notified the worker of my concerns. Nothing was ever changed. Fast forward to now. Either an employee or the people who were next door kicked the wall down and stole 99% of my property, and damaged the 1% they could not steal. I told the manager it had to be the people next door because of the wall and showed them pictures of the wall caved in (it was obvious it was done from the other unit). She said that is impossible because no one has used that unit for the past year. Make it make sense, if no one has had access to that unit in a year, and it’s been ‘empty’ for a year, per her response wouldn’t that mean it’s an employee? I asked what they can do to compensate me from the other manager the other day. He didn’t listen to me at all. I told him I already filed a report with insurance and police. He wasn’t listening to a word I was saying. I was asking why I have to pay full price if my unit is being broken into from the inside and my items damaged and stolen. He said they couldn’t offer me a discount. But this is the same unit that was trying to increase my rent for $30 a month. The managers are complacent, insurance doesn’t do their jobs, and their employees clearly steal. And they will not check the cameras to do an internal investigation. This week I will be contacting the district and regional managers for these matters. I put in my report for the police to press charges. If they find out it’s someone who works there, I will let you guys know, and yes I do have cameras their now. DONT USE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE THEY SUCK!!!AND THE INSURANCE YOU PAY IS FOR NO REASON!IF A SUPERVISOR AHEAD OF THE MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION SEES THIS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.
Don’t waste your time or money doing business witn these people, i just got robbed and they didn’t even care, terrible service, stay away from this place it’s s rat’s nest

DONT!!! Do not store anything here!! The property manager Richard is a hole crook!! He has peoples units broken into and the cops do nothing to deal with it at all! The cops stated they dont even go out to that location anymore because its such a regular issue at this location with THEFT!! They think because the insurance will pay up to 5grand its ok, what if whats in the unit is worth more then 5grand!! Dont do it you will regret it!!!!!
