This whole process was easy peezy. Did the app online, my access code was emailed and my lock was placed inside the unit. Didn’t spend anytime with the two ugly dudes in the office. Just kidding guys if you’re single hmu.

If you are looking to rent a unit at public storage for more than 6 months DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, ITS GUARANTEED THAT YOUR RENTAL PRICE WILL MOST DEFINITELY GO UP AND WILL CONSTANTLY GO UP! So if it’s something long term, seek other facilities!
WISH THAT I WAS ABLE TO GIVE NO STARS. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION OR APPARENTLY ANY PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATIONS, THEY CONSTANTLY RAISE THE COST OF YOUR UNIT AND THE GOING RATE IS WAY LESS THAN WHAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT UNIT. AND THE REASON BEHIND IT IS “ALL STORAGE FACILITIES RAISE YOUR UNIT COST EVERY 6 MONTHS), I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN ALL MY YEARS OF RENTING STORAGE UNITS. I ONLY CAME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE FACILITY I WANTED TO USE WAS CLOSED AND THIS LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE IN PROXIMITY. THEY CANT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING UNLESS YOU PAY AND WHEN YOU PAY THEY STILL CANT HELP YOU. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A WAIVER OF ANY KIND AT THIS FACILITY AND I AM STILL UNABLE TO GET ANY TYPE OF ASSISTANCE. THE ENTIRE CITY IS TRYONG TO RECOVER THE DAMAGES OF HURRICANE BERYL BUT OH WELL THEY DON’T CARE AND AREN’T TRYING TO. HOW AM I PAYING $139 FOR A UNIT THAT IS CURRENTLY GOING FOR $65($95) PLEASE HELP ME MAKE SENSE OF IT! THEY ARE ONLY FULL OF AUTOMATED GENERIC RESPONSES. DONT BE LATE EVER AND EXPECT ANY COURTESY WAIVERS. WITH THIS COMPANY ITS FORBIDDEN TO RECEIVE ANY HELP OR ACTS OF KINDNESS! AND TO BE CLEAR IM NOT EVEN ASKING FOR A WAIVER OF ANYTHING JUST WOULD LIKE MY UNIT TO COST THE SAME EVERY MONTH.

Called to check on a unit that I had and the guy that I spoke with had a nasty attitude and was not very helpful at all. So I proceeded to ask him when would Jay be back in because that’s usually the point of contact and he stated it don’t matter when he will be back in there’s nothing he can do. If I could rate this property zero stars I would cause the lack of communication and customer service is beyond terrible!!!! Jay is the only person that provides good customer service. But the others that come and work there makes this property customer service terrible….

Terrible service I have received here today! Get better ppl to service your customers! This little girl Imari attitude is NASTY! This is not the first time shes given me attitude, I tried to think she was having a bad day the last time but NOPEEE its clearly just who she is!! I had to come back and edit my review because this facility has gone down, I’m aware that management has changed and you can tell when Sandy was there the customer service was spectacular, but now the management is rude very unprofessional, the property is trashy. When you go into the office to inquire about things you are met with much attitude like you’re bothering her I think her name is Imari…….public storage do better I will not be a customer on this property any longer moving ASAP!

Very unprofessional!!! Over 30mins late and had people waiting for her to show up just to find out that she was sitting in her car the WHOLE TIME!!! Put a lock on my storage after o already paid my unit fee and I didn’t even know I just randomly showed up.
