We originally signed up for a 10x10 unit at Public Storage for around $80/month. Over time, they quietly raised our rate to $182, and then again to an outrageous $220 — all without any real explanation. Meanwhile, the exact same unit is currently being advertised online for $48. When I called to ask (a very valid question) why we were paying nearly five times more than new customers, the woman on the phone told me — repeatedly — "You can't axe me that."
Not only is that an embarrassing way for a company to communicate with paying customers, but the tone was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. After being told three more times that I "couldn't axe" about their pricing scam, I informed her I would be finding another storage facility. Her response? She hung up on me.
This place relies on price-gouging existing customers, hoping you're too lazy to notice or move out. Their "customer service" is nonexistent, their attitude is hostile, and their respect for loyal customers is zero.
Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. You’ll save yourself the frustration, disrespect, and hundreds of dollars they’ll quietly bleed from you.
I recently had the pleasure of using public storage for my storage needs, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. It is out of the ordinary for property managers to take the time to call and address issues that customers have, and it is important to applaud businesses who care enough to act. This Public Storage location is a great location with wonderful lighting, safe and attractive exterior and interior, and very easy access, and I am glad to be continuing to be their customer.

Talk to Gail if you have questions about anything. I was so frustrated during my move in yesterday when dealing with someone else that I came back today to move out BUT Gail explained why the cylinder lock provided ($19.95) would be more secure and give privacy so people couldn't see into your unit. She patiently walked me through my other concerns and was marvelous to work with. I'm staying and I have confidence my items are secure. I also feel valued as a customer. Gail is awesome.

We came in on a whim to check on a spot for our trailer. We canceled our storage. The lady was very rude. She would not confirm that the unit was empty. I am waiting to see if they try to charge me. We took pictures. She still didn't want to confirm. Candi refused to rent me a lock, she would only sell it. Even though I told her that I would only be here a month. Be careful with this place. They will try to set you up any way they can.
For the most part, a storage lot is a storage lot, and the Public Storage brand doesn't necessarily change that. However, this location has Candi.
No, not concentrated, hardened sugar. I'm talking about the sweetest property manager Public Storage has ever employed. She gives this location not just a personal touch with excellent customer service and an attention to customer needs, but also vigilant personal property monitoring. She has a personal relationship with every unit owner and the status of their property because she personally monitors each and every one.
I've been parking my travel trailer there with nothing but their "high tech" gate and a hitch lock to protect it for 6 months and been called by Candi every time I forgot to tell her I was taking it out. At first I was annoyed, but now I have a sense of comfort about the state of my property that I really don't think I could have anywhere else.

My storage payment for a 5x15 went up this month without notice to $137 will be taking my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. Found one same price closer to my house for $85 a month. Been here for multiple years has steadily gone up offering new storage units for less than what I pay not going to happen.

Candi was absolutely amazing with transferring me down to a smaller unit. Also the property is well taken care of and building 9 is great. Only thing I wish there was more of are the flat bed carts.

On May 17th, I came here about a reservation I made online prior to the date for my assigned storage unit and Ms. Candi greeted me as soon as I opened the door. She provided me with the best costumer service and even offer me a few tips/advice. Ms. Candi was awesome and a pleasure to have while i was needing assistance for Public Storage.
I called the storage unit to rent out a space because the app did not allow me to rent it out. Thankfully Mrs. Candi called me back like she said she would and helped me out despite having multiple customers she was currently helping set up spaces and apps set up. I would highly recommend going to this location and having Mrs. Candi help you set up everything for your storage rental.

This is the worst experience we've ever had. The on-site Manager Candy constantly harass my family and I. She is rude, unprofessional. She complain if we stay at our unit that We Pay for longer than 45 minutes. She insist that my elderly mother was stealing and that's why we were there past 45 min. My mom is older so she move around slow. Please get a manager that actually care about her tenants!!!

I have been renting a space here since the beginning of the year and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. I did experience confusion on my first day of renting, but the customer service was excellent when I called and they were able to instantly clear up the issues I had with opening my storage space.
On one occasion I did not lock my unit properly and they were courteous enough to call me to notify me to lock up my unit correctly.
Candi service was really amazing and very helpful in all aspects of getting what I needed and was very nice!
