This Houston Public Storage, located on the west side of Barker Cypress Road between Little York Road and Keith Harrow Boulevard, offers cheap self storage to those near Cypress and the northwest Houston area.

Joanna at the very least exceeded all expectations of my brother and I. She showed us two units and in detail explained the pros and cons of each unit. Stored my vehicle here for 6 months in an outdoor parking spot, no snags really, except for when my covering came off and they told me that I couldn't have the car there without a cover, luckily my parents were able to drive out there and put on a new one. But overall it was a reasonable spot for storage. Haven't been back yet to see my car but I had it towed out of there to get it looked at by a mechanic before I do return, and from the pics it looks good.

This is a really nice storage. It was not so hard to get a storage room and Keisha was very helpful with finding it as well and making sure I was comfortable. I definitely would recommend for storage and somewhere to keep your precious items that you don’t want cluttering your house or shed.

This public storage I highly recommended, its two people have dealt with the very first time back in 2022 of august she was very helpful cant remember her name. Now theirs a lady name kathryn very helpful, I needed them once again here in 2024 and she's quick understanding and a great staff member every time I come to my unit she leaving the building from cleaning it or she's walking from cleaning another building, she communicate well.
Keisha was a great help with my rental issues and saved me some money. I would recommend her to anyone needing help

Yesterday I had to move my things from this store we found two dead rats my things were stinking there are many animals there I want you to answer me for my mattresses that stink of dead rats I hope this resolves why they are good for raising the rent but to resolve it I didn't put One complaint is that the person who is there is almost never seen and when he is there he has a bad car.

0 star, someone just broke into 39 units in Public Storage located in Barker Cypress a couple of weeks ago They took lots of valuable items from hard working people including myself.
Came to this property and it was busy when I arrived but I can honestly say that Ms Cherise worked swiftly and very well with everyone of us. She is a delightful person and very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Cherise and Ebony went above and beyond with their customer service. They even went to the back to get me fresh boxes I did appreciate that it’s the little things that matters. If we ever need another storage we will come here THANK YOU EBONY AND CHERISE!!!

The gate code is easy to use
Great service always helpful
Literally the worst experience ever dealt with, my unit was broken into and had multiple things stolen from it. I live out of town and had to have my mother check it for me, just to find out that the person whom broke into my unit used her code to get into the gate, used her code to get into my building, and then proceeded to cut my lock and steal my items.
Not only was this situation not rectified, they see sales person stated that they knew whom the person was but yet nothing has been done.
They then proceeded to try and charge me for another lock after their security failed to protect what was mine.
These people are con artists, whom run a shady business practice with absolutely zero ethic. Just avoid them at all cost.
Not to mention the countless amount of people whom I have seen them be rude to.
Just run away from this dump.
