Omg! The lady that got my situated into my unit on my first inquiry was so awesome. She was very patient and caring with me! I also met Maxie and he too was awesome. I moved some things in today and Maxie came out of the facility to make sure things were going smoothly for me and to ask if I needed help with anything. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me by name but just know you have an awesome team there!!! The both of them made me feel like I really chose the best place to store my belongings . This is a horrible place to rent from. I have been with them for 4 years and have been getting constant rate increases only to find out if I go online they have my same unit for less then what I’m paying. No to mention the customer service is comical.

Many perks to this location! The area is very secure and the staff is extremely helpful & knowledgable. I have been to many storage locations but this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had. Good pricing and unique sizing that I haven’t seen at many locations.

From the time I got the storage to the time I requested to move-out, the experience was HORRIBLE! One of the front office ladies has a really condescending attitude and she’s very argumentative. She gave me a unit that was broken into and tried to lie about it. I showed her the proof that I had, including pictures of their broken camera with wires hanging! She moved me to a different unit that was flooded, leaving me with damaged goods, wasted money & gas to go take pics and remove the rest of my items! She entered in the system for both moves, a false explanation in order to take the liability off of them. It makes NO sense why I would be charged the full amount when my items were damaged & only stored for less than a month there. Although this storage is super convenient to many apartments nearby, I would strongly recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

Warning! I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews but feel compelled to do so even if it helps one person AVOID THIS PLACE. The facility was broken into and badly damaged, the staff was incompetent, they charged unreasonable move-out fees and would not negotiate and, after taking it over from All Storage, they increased rents by 30% every 3 months. So glad I am out of there. Horrible experience.

Jonna and Trisha were so very nice! They were detailed and professional. They also made me feel very comfortable asking questions as it was my first time renting a storage unit.

After a less than ideal circumstance, Trisha truly went above and beyond to help us out. Many other people would not do the same. As we work during the office hours, we caught her right at close and although she did not have to, she helped us out. It’s refreshing to know there’s still good people out there who are willing to help out a stranger. Trisha is the reason we will continue using Public Storage.

I rented a unit through the app. Moved out within 2 days but didnt remove the lock. So a month later i was charged again. I called and the property manager refused to help me get rid of the membership claiming i had to call some 800 number. The number doesn't work at all. So i went back to the property to remove it and the lock was gone. They also dont answer the phone

Jonna was the best! She was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show me the available large storage units that were available to store my RV. I had been looking for a storage facility close to my residence and found Public Storage at 6707 Eldorado Pkwy. The facility has been recently updated and the security measures present assure me that whatever is stored there will be safe. Jonna is a great asset to this company and makes renting a storage unit at this facility a breeze!
