I was going through a lot that day, and she was friendly and said things that brightened up my day. She is truly heaven sent! She made sure that my move in was smooth. She made sure that my move was easy and convenient by leasing me a storage that was easily accessible. Because this location is huge, She offered to give me a tour of the place, which made me feel more comfortable getting around the place. Okay, let me be honest. I don't do this very often, but I was compelled to do it. I don't know where public storage hired this young lady from, and her name was Kalena. She was absolutely awesome, and her customer service skills were out of sight. I don't know what experience other people have had with public storage; whether it was good or bad. But of cloning were possible, Public Storage needs to clone Kalena and place her at everything Public Storage facility.

Ms. Deborah was phenomenal! She was professional warm and extremely accommodating. Start to finish our entire transaction, including unloading our car was less than 15 minutes. With me being under the weather, she even came out to the car to personally introduced herself and Welcome to the property. Let me start off by saying, great service is hard to find, especially when you’re in a bind and trying to find help and need great customer service to settle your mind and thoughts, and I got just that from Ms. Elizabeth or Ms. Liz at public storage in Duncanville, Tex. When I pulled into the parking lot, Ms. Liz immediately greeted me and asked me what my situation was so that I can make sure I got a big enough unit, and she walked and showed me the unit, and guaranteed it would be big enough and that my movers would have enough room. She was so kind and courteous and even offered so encouraging words to settle my mind on moving.
If you’re moving and want super friendly service and looking for affordable rates, go to public storage in Duncanville, Tex ask for Ms Liz and let her help you find a good unit. Thank you Ms. Liz!

They are the friendliest and most helpful. Never rude. I have had no issues at this unit. Its in a safe area. I have been in late evenings and never felt uncomfortable going alone. The unit area has always been clean. Yulette is AWESOME!
