If you’re comparing between the 2 Denton public storage locations, I recommend this one. Management at the other location is very hostile, insulting and doesn’t care about customers. Will do anything to try and extort money from you after you vacate.

He even managed to get me a very convenient upgrade to my original space request that I made online. My only other comments would be about Public Storage as a company. They should have a system to submit requested documentation in electronic form instead of relying completely on printed/paper.
