I’ve been using this storage since June of 2025 and got a great storage unit close to door. Public Storage was raising my rate but I called the local office and the manager Justice worked with me to keep my rate at a good price. She was very friendly and helpful - definitely recommend this location.
I was able to reserve a unit same-day for quite the steal. Also, Everett went above and beyond to get us a dolly to stack all of our boxes on so we didn't have to take as many since our unit was on the second floor. He also made the lock refund process seamless since I brought my own. Unit was clean and ready within 15 mins of my signing the lease agreement - quick and easy!
The place was clean and before i got the unit the lady that helped me, Justice, went above and beyond to make sure i was making the right decision. We found the perfect unit and i just want to thank you guys during a frustrating time!!

Ms. JUSTICE, this is NOT a review but rather a "Thank You!" These last few weeks have drained me all my patience in dealing with some real life changes/challenges. It was 01/05/2026 when we met. I kid you not I was nearly in tears. Partly because I was so exhausted, partly because of some big life events occurring personally but mostly because I was about to share with you how I managed to lock my unit OPEN, lose the keys to the lock itself, and lock myself out of my car all in the last 10 minutes!!!!!.
Although I know you had to be cracking up inside at this idiot standing in front of you on that day, you didn't... you were kind, you were patient and you were most definitely understanding. You went above and beyond, doing some initial leg work with scheduling the lock Smith, to happily lending me a hand to unlock my car with with a wire hanger.. LOL (good times) Again, THANK YOU.

Hello , I recently came into the building last week and was greeted in a timely manner by Justice , Justice was very manner-able and so welcoming . The whole experience was very very very satisfying.

I visited a number of storage units before deciding on this one. Melissa the site manager is amazing. The corporate website system messed up my order a few times but she always fixed it. She was also very understanding and accommodating in finding solutions when my move schedule got messed up. She is reason enough to use this storage. The storage units are clean and well taken care.

Melissa made my unit rental easy and helped me get the rate I signed up for when there was a booking issue. My lock I bought from them got stuck in my door after the first use. They were able to get the locked removed in a timely manner, and even pro-rated the rest of the month for me because of that issue. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommended!!
