Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3550 West Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX

I have a unit here and have for the last four months. My rent here is being raised $87. Which I just don’t understand because I’ve witnessed a hit and run by meth heads here. People that had warrants out for their arrest. I know this because I tried helping the people that were hit. I told them I called the police for them since I witnessed it and they said they had to go because “we have warrants”. A staff member saw the end of the situation happen and told me, “ya, crazy stuff happens in places like this”….. There have been people in front of me at the gate that wait for the gate to be opened and makes me wonder what sketchy things are happening inside of here. And to raise rent on people that have already been here is absurd when this is the kind of clientele that’s sitting inside here.

Poor in public customer service by a male name Jimmy. I made a reservation over the phone with someone at a corporate location in California, that person assured me I made a reservation. I had the money. I was ready to go. Jimmy in person messed up tge reservation. These corporations just dont get it when their emoloyees think they can mishandle the public and lie. They cause that companys brand to lose it relevancy in the community and it loses revenue. Once, I arrived early to the location The male Jimmy stated there was no unit available that he saw that I made a reservation on. This was a Lie. Jimmy, AAmale with silver earring in his ear, said, "Smu, students took them all and just because I made a reservation didnt mean I reserved a unit" verbatim. The unit isn't yours until you actually pay for the until. I looked at this man and walked out. The next day he tried to call me to fix his lied. I told him, im not interested in doing business with you. And, tyat was a sale this company lost because this man lied and said I had no reservation.

Romeo is very patient, helpful and professional. Facility is secure. Confident that my property is safe and won't incur damage.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT STORE HERE!!!!!!! They are never on site, I called multiple times for move in and out and no one is ever at the office. They are lazy and an awful company. They list one price and change the princes constantly. GO ELSEWHERE THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Clean , great location, easy access

The Property Manager, Melissa, is the Absolute Best! Clean & well-lit Facility also!

Clean and climate is keeping my things safe but pricey, they raised storage from $160ish to $210ish in months.

Homeless use parking lot behind facility as bathroom. Never feel safe leaving anything unsecured.

Shirley and Brandy was they Best they helped me get a discount public storage is they best!!!!

I visited a number of storage units before deciding on this one. Melissa the site manager is amazing. The corporate website system messed up my order a few times but she always fixed it. She was also very understanding and accommodating in finding solutions when my move schedule got messed up. She is reason enough to use this storage. The storage units are clean and well taken care.

Great location, Melissa is always in a cheerful mood And always happy to help! The only downside is they change the price on you after 6 months

Melissa was AMAZING! Incredible customer service I cannot recommend this location enough, had me in and out in no time, found me the best price, and easily one of the most helpful managers you could possibly find.

This was my first time ever having a storage unit and I didn’t know what to expect but it was a pretty seamless process. The manager, Melissa, was so helpful and cooperative with my move-out, which was most important. I was moving everything alone and there happened to be bad weather on my final day but she allowed me extra time to get all my stuff which I was super grateful for!! Def recommend this location

Melissa made my unit rental easy and helped me get the rate I signed up for when there was a booking issue. My lock I bought from them got stuck in my door after the first use. They were able to get the locked removed in a timely manner, and even pro-rated the rest of the month for me because of that issue. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommended!!

Nicely run public storage, just wish they didn't raise the rental prices to over double to what I originally started paying.
