This has been a horrible experience. My unit has flooded twice. The gutters are packed full of leaves so water runs right off the roof into the units. Even looks like water came in from the unit next door. Multiple boxes of items were ruined and they will not fix anything. I tried to switch units and they said I would be charged double for the new unit since I originally signed up during special offer. The phone number doesn't work it takes you to some automated Airbnb service and then hangs up on you. You can only talk to someone thru a kiosk on site.
I recently moved out of a unit and met the manager (Evert) who was extremely helpful.

Horrible experience… they don’t care about their property much less your personal belongings. I am constantly picking up nails on the drive areas so they don’t go in my tires or anyone else’s, their roofs leak so stuff gets wet when it rains, they don’t clean their water run-off drains so it’s stays packed with leaves which causes units in that area to flood when it rains… I called to file a complaint to let them know and the lady didn’t seem real interested in helping me at all, I asked her to call me back so we could finish conversation and she never did, her only option for me was “ oh you can move units, just go to kiosk”. I’m very disappointed. Do not trust this place to protect your belongings.

My unit was broken into and items stolen. There are no cameras at this location. There is no way to directly contact the property owner.

Great location off of northwest highway
The kiosk with the video link to a live agent made it easy to ask and answer all the questions.
Owner stays on site haven't seen or spoke to them once. everytime I needed something and called would get one of the main public storage customer service person in another state. Got a storage here and next month someone cuts both my locks off and took em with them possibly fingerprints on em they were thinking. The next month after that they go up on price of my unit wth that's y I moved from life storage. Here is the real kicker there r no camera at all in the hallway my storage is. They leave the front gate wide open alot I e seen numerous days. This makes it really easy for anyone to break in to your unit. I can't see in my storage at all the only light available to u is from the hall doesn't help at all. There is no plugs or light socket for u to have ur own light. Looks as if water maybe getting into facility by looking at the tiles on ceiling including my unit. If old why haven't they fixed?They don't sweep hallways went there bout 4weeks ago same debris on floor. I don't mind if anyone sees this post I currently have a unit here still.....maybe they'll fix the problems

The most sucks place ever! Doing what ever they want! Can cut your lock, and not inform you, they you will need to pay that to take there lock off and put yours! You can’t use duster that’s there just for beauty, or they will charge money from you! 2 bags 250$! You never can’t contact with the manager and you will never find her, but if she will need something form you, will call you even on Sunday! Will never use that stupid storages any more!
I checked online for the size of the storage unit I wanted and the price was the best around. I made an account, paid for the unit and got the gate code for the next day which I had picked for my check in date! It all was so easy!
Overall the service has generally been good. The issue for the low rating is how they gouge you by increasing the price of your unit every few months. It it was the rate of inflation, I probably wouldn't both to complain. I think my unit has almost double in less than 2 years. Apparently it is a common practice for Public Storage. Avoid this company like the plague. I plan to move out as soon as I can. They take advantage of you because the assume you'll never go to the hassle of moving out. It is the frog in hot water scenario. Gradually raise the temp and you can boil the frog before they jump out. If you saw the actually rate you'd be charged about a year from now, you'd never rent from them! They lure you in with a competitive rate and then squeeze every dollar they can from you. Learn from my mistake.

Do not recommend this location they break your locks and enter your units steal all your property and say that they don’t know what happened I have a sister that is renting a unit here at this location had her locks taken off twice and both times items were missing from her unit
America was very help with helping me get a storage unit rented.
Had a pretty bad experience renting a storage unit here, It started when I left for a month on vacation. When I came back I noticed that there was a break in at my storage unit, nobody from storage management contacted me to let me know. When I came back there was a note from police saying that my stuff was stolen I contacted storage insurance that public storage provides. After not being able to obtain a police repost they refused to cover my equipment that was stolen.
Great secure facility - used this location in the past - def recommend
This location has no security. The gate is open at all hours. Many units were broken into, mine being one of them, and I was never notified. I can't get into my unit because they put a combination lock on it. I can't get a hold of anyone that works for Public Storage (actual human beings that is). This is beyond unacceptable. I have paid over $10,000 in storage fees to them and this is the level of security I get? Not what I signed up for.
