To start off Trena is a gem. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none. She was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the app and locked my phone in my unit The technology is very good most time but I did have difficulties when the switch happened and Trena took extra time to help me troubleshoot and try to fix it. She would not let me leave until she helped me at least try to fix it. Very good service. Thank you Public Storage for keeping the level of service this community looks for. Go Trena!!!
