I was in need of storage space. Public Storage is a clean, well lit storage area. The rental price is reasonable for now. Hopefully it will remain so. Public Storage will have a loyal customer if it does.

I originally left Public Storage because they raised my rent every six months until it was nearly double what I started paying. I switched to CubeSmart in Aug 2024 for a better price and a more convenient location. Then, without any notice, Public Storage took over the facility. A few months later, I get an email saying my rate is going up again. Go figure. Same company, same behavior. No surprise at all. Time to find another storage company.

Top tier storage facility!
I've received great customer service for the past year I've had storage here, especially when I've talked with Nathalie. She's always pleasant, efficient and knows exactly what I need. I've had so many prio bad experiences at other places, my whole experience here has changed my outlook on storage facilities. On top of that the place is always so clean and smells pleasent,not that almost mildewy smell like a couple other places I've experienced.

Angie Davis was amazing! My Mom’s house burned down and I was so upset. We needed a storage space and she made it so easy for my mom and I. When all this crazy stuff happens, it just is such a blessing to have someone who is just helpful and makes everything so easy and is such a caring person I give her 10 out of five stars !

Cube storage had fantastic costumer service and the best price around
A CubeSmart employee gave my contract with CubeSmart, with my personal information on it, to someone who walked in off the street and asked for it. Illegal and simply wrong.
Update:
To answer your question of how you could have done better is simple, don't give out peoples private information and when an employee so action should be taken. Additional action could be: retraining the employee, reprimand the employee, compensate the customer in some way.

Was not what was presented online. Gentleman answering phone was not professional nor helpful. Wanted to cancel as soon as I looked at property and said they would not prorate and I didn’t even take possession of the unit. Very dark and foul smelling. Still waiting on refund.
These people locked my storage for late payment, after paying in full they charged me for the lock as well mailed the key to an old address and now they cutting the lock they charged me for. This is a scam. First why mail BOTH keys to an old address and not keep one on hand for the customer? SCAMMMERS!!!!
