Do NOT trust your belongings in this place. They claim they sold the wrong unit, which was my unit, but actually my things were stolen, which I believe was an inside job. Do not trust this facility. How do you mix up storage units. No phn calls, no notices, NOTHING, because they had the wrong storage. Later sent notice with wrong storage unit about owing $40, after my belongings were already gone completely! My unit was paid in full, CURRENT, never late! And was interesting a bind of mine with a lot of my daughters personal & memorable belongings was found in an empty public storage unit in PLANO! Inside job!

Stuck inside, gate wouldnt open. No number got you to live person. Chat with customer service was rude and gave same number to call and disconnect chat twice . Called 911. 3 cars stuck inside manual nor app works. No return call from message left with onsite. Literally shaking from torrential rain ankle deep rushing under car. No integrity. Asked mgr for contact # just said Kelly location. Went there after getting out no one is there. Apparently one persona runs 2 places and can't give a live number to call in an emergency. I was told chat agent a claim would be filed and I will not have to pay for next month. Filing BBB and Complaint with HQ. God forbid if this was a fire. The b.s. to verify my chat wouldn't even. Help me without my dl #
Let's update I called since no one ever returned my call I left messages while being trapped inside gate. and I was told they can't give any phone or email to contact if this situation ever happens again. So you're at the mercy of 911 with priority if your situation. Let that sink in they don't give two dimes about you except for your money.

Still no call from a manager. Fiberglass shavings all over my boxes and furniture.. Sticking in hands and arms causing rashes . Told local mgr no response. They just don't care about anyone. From last resort of ceiling they didn't cover units. Beware of this place they make 9billion a yr off you
This place has terrible customer service
You’re not even able to access your own property after 11pm (absurd) and they will lock you out for even a late fee of $10 they literally blocked my access for a small fee on my account that I wasn’t even aware of! Do yourself a favor and use a different storage facility. I rarely write reviews but I had to warn the public about public storage …. No bueno.
Completely unacceptable pricing switch up to increase the rent literally 50% five months into a contract. They know you have to pay to move your stuff and now have you captive. They did agree to reduce my rent increase slightly for three months after my review posted. While I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation, the idea that my rent would increase by 50% that quickly into a contract looks too much like a bait and switch for my taste. Find another storage rental company.

This place has great service the lady that runs it is super nice yet stern and she works hard at making it an exceptional storage facility.
The lock on my unit wasn’t working. Someone broke in my unit and stole at least $2K worth of equipment. These units are not supervised. Your items aren’t safe.
Using public storage, only pd a total of $51.00 to get into a 10 x 20. Costumer service was outstanding thank you Ashley. If you need space it’s the place to go highly recommend.!

Rented a 5x10 unit and later realized it was going to be too small. I called and spoke to Ashley who was able to get me into a larger unit that would work for me and keep my promotion pricing. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Tried to cancel my insurance for a different one and couldn’t do it online nor can get anyone on the phone. No temperature control storages.
Wish giving zero stars was allowed because that’s what this place deserves. Had a unit with them for over a year and every few months there was some new charge ranging from 50-100 causing my monthly payment to go up. They rarely answer the phone, only when it’s beneficial to them, and the front office is almost never open during their operating hours. Multiple times after I’ve left countless voicemails I would drive to this location just to see that no one was there in the first place. They will steal things out of your storage unit, try to auction off your things before they send out notice of sale and lack common decency and communication. Take your money elsewhere if you’re needing to store your things.
I have never wanted to leave a bad review, but this place has to be the worst place I have ever worked with for storage. Not only are they unresponsive, but the district manager is rude and only calls when it is convenient to her, but yet I tried moving out on the day I had put and I got a phone call and a voicemail from her saying I had to vacate ASAP and then when i tried the offices were closed?? I went during normal office hours and I left her three voicemails and tried calling because they were actually trying to charge me for still being there when I wasn’t. Management if awful and the worst part was that they tried to claim that I had just moved out today when I have proof that 1) the offices were closed on Tuesday during office hours 2) all the voicemails and phone calls I left her to which none were responded. They sent me an email telling me I had an outstanding balance but it is not my responsibility if they can’t even manage a place properly. So many people have moved out because of high rates and they don’t supply anything new to make sense of such ridiculous prices. I am so disappointed in this place and the management. I am so glad I left and found a better place because they will charge you for not even being with them anymore.
It was good while it lasted. I originally started paying 35 for a 5x10 unit (not climate controlled and on the second floor). It was good, but they have shot up the prices like crazy and now I am paying triple of what I had originally started paying and no wonder so many people are moving out. Money hungry company, but I found a new place with climate control and for a lot cheaper. I would save my time and not even rent out a place here because they will shoot up the prices like crazy, since so many people are moving out due to the crazy prices!!!

I wanted to rent a space at this location, when I first attempted rent it on line there were some computer glitches. I drove over the rental office where Jennifer was able to help me. She also at first was having software problems but since I had time I told that I would be back later. She worked thru issues and was able to get me the at price that was advertised on line. She was super helpful and look forward to working with Jennifer and Ashley.

Worse place ever I lost over 10k worth of stuff in a fire that occurred about 2 years ago. The general manager was not helpful and all and had a bad attitude. I'm still devastated over the lost of my things. They did not even informed me of the fire. I showed up in my rented truck to pick up my things and there was nothing to pick up everything I had was destroyed. No help at all.
