Great service
Angela is the best ever. Very helpful and knowledgeable! I love her!
This place actively has rats, they have pooped and peed on all of our stuff. They ruined several of our items and complex doesn’t seem to care. No traps or anything are near our unit. Our whole unit smells like a hamster cage. The price difference for the other storage facilities in the area is worth it to not come here.
Very simple access for , great clean space. Only issue is not being able to find how to allow another phone access
Public Storage on Central Pike exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility is spotless, well‑lit and feels very secure, with wide drive aisles and easy access to every unit. The staff greeted me with a smile, explained all the available sizes clearly, and made move‑in a breeze. I appreciated the flexible month‑to‑month terms and convenient online billing. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, hassle‑free storage!
My only complaint is they won't let me change the payment date no matter how much money I offer them.

Had them for 1 month. Took advantage of the 1 dollar deal. It included the lock and insurance which came to 50 dollars or so. Never had any issues. Would set up service with them again.

As an auction bidder, I sometimes deal with difficult people and sometimes run into trouble, completing my mission, but Angela has been the most helpful, caring, when I had my own personal crisis, she did her very best to help me. Continue cleaning out this unit here. Because I had a loved one in the hospital. I was falling short on my responsibility and thank God and Angela went to bat for me and I was able to finish my job thank you very much Angela thank you very much public storage.

We rented a unit for six months. During this time our stuff was eaten by rats. When my husband brought this up at the time of moving out they expressed that they “have pest control” and that we would have to file through “their insurance.” Well their insurance is a complete scam!! All they are is a place that doesn’t want to take responsibility for not maintaining proper rodent control and pushing you off onto a scam insurance company. I know that their rodent control is a scam because my husband works for a pest control company and used a key to open a couple of the bait boxes and there wasn’t anything but spider webs in them. Complete scam and stay away!!!
