I have had a storage unit for around 3/4 months and recently needed a place to park my second vehicle until my next home was too be ready. I had a few questions about additional storage needs and at mt location in Longs SC Joe was manning the front counter office. Once again the employee was super friendly and was quick to ask me what he could do for me. His name was Joe. Now we had never met and after just a few minutes of talking it was like we were best friends. Another example of Public Storage hiring people who are friendly and know the computer system to answer our questions that are not available on their website. So 5 stars for Joe and happy so far as Public Storage does care about their customers
I have two units at Public Storage. Not at same location. Both properties are very nice. The property managers are very nice. My only negative comment is you get a great rate when you use the online site. Then several months later your rate goes up, sometime a significant amount. Other than that I really like both locations and property managers.
Joe was really helpful in Longs, South Carolina. Had an issue with my gate code as an online new customer and he tracked it down. Called me at home when resolved. Helped me park my fifth wheel since I was alone. Facility is clean and cared for.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Joe who greeted me as I came into the Public Storage location in Longs, SC to inquire about renting a storage unit. He assisted me and answered all my questions. Mr. Joe took the time to give me a brief tour and showed me an example of what the units look like. Needless to say, I reserved a unit on their app, it was a quick and easy process.
I’m happy to say that Mr. Joe provided excellent service, the storage units are accessible with plenty of parking space once you’re at your unit and are very clean. I’m glad I found this location! It’s closer to home and the rates are competitive to other local storage companies.

Joe has been a phenomenal help, being in the middle of a sometimes highly emotionally charged separation and volatile circumstances, He has helped tremendously, been patient with the questions, any time I've come on the property he has checked on me and my well being. And, because of the my circumstances is keeping a watchful eye out for the property. It's a peace of mind knowing not only is the property completely surveillanced and under 24/7 camera watch, the property manager knows me by name and cares enough about his customers to make sure they are safe as well as their items. I would highly recommend Joe and the Hwy 9 Longs location. It's super clean and I couldn't ask for a better place to keep my property.
Spoke with property manager and a most kind soul, in reference to tropical storm/hurricane/deluge Debby and if units were affected. I hadn't had time to check myself, so I inquired about flooding. He assured me that they check the units during/after events and if affected occupants are notified, and to never hesitate to call and inquire. He said there was excellent storm water drainage and all was well at my location. I like that! Thank you Public Storage!❤️
Very overpriced ,was to get a online special for a 45 ft space 69.00 ,then get there and only allowed park one vehicle in space ,switched me to 2 spaces one for truck and one for trailer at 100.00 a month each and 2 separate 39.00 fees to set up ,very deceptive and overpriced ,go elsewhere if have choice

I drove from Florida to South Carolina with a band full of moving stuff had nowhere for it to go call them 15 minutes later I had a unit a lock everything perfect service thank you guys
Property manager, Joe, is incredibly helpful. Facility is clean and convenient.
We rented 5x10 climate controlled space for 6 months at good rate but decided to garage it instead to help pay for a RV storage space. Public Storage is best in this area and we received great help from Joe at the Longs SC site to find the right space for our class C RV.
Joe was so very helpful and considerate. We appreciate him assisting us! Great customer service 👏

First of All Mike, who is always there is a stand up guy. Very attentive, helpful and have seen him walking about the property numerous times keeping tabs on things. This place is also very clean and secure. If you desire a space of some sort, speak with Mike.
Must not be my day for Trailer Storage. Made arrangements for a spot for my boat trailer. 12X25 should be plenty as my boat is only 25 and it hangs over. They direct me to a spot that was a pain to get into but I did it only to see my trailer won't fit. No way it's 25 feet. I walk up front, explain the issue and they say the next size is 40 feet. I can't afford it and say thanks but it won't work cancel the reservation. They tell me they'll refund all but the "$29.00 Admin Fee" Not sure if Public Storage understands contract law but the agreement could not be completed. You're not entitled to keep any "Fee" and because of the nonsense I've already contacted my CC Company. What a joke, keep an "Admin Fee" for nothing. Don't think so!

Public storage online rental process is ridiculous.
Solid storage facility with great on-site service. All of my questions were thoroughly answered by Michael in the office. The site is clean, secure, and visibly well managed. Definitely would recommend to others.
Went to Public Storage to sign up for a space for our camper today 11/28/23. Mike H was in the office and greeted me with a smile and asked how can I help you. He explained the rental process in detail and made the rental process very easy and stress free. I have no reservation in recommending this Public Storage facility and Mike for any of your storage needs.

The cleanest storage facility you will ever see! The managers are always cleaning something, except when they are helping customers. They'll spot you to make backing in your RV easier. When I got myself in a pickle backing in poorly, Charles and Mel got a floor jack and righted my mistake. Great facility, great people, great service!
My wife and I recently moved to the area after Full Time RVing across the country for 4 years. We needed a place to store our RV for a few days so I called Pinnacle and spoke with Mal. Mal was super nice and quoted me a price that I was happy with, he told me he wouldn’t be working the day I wanted to arrive and that Charles would take care of me. Charles was super nice as well he took care of me and got me all set up. The whole process was very quick and easy. Thanks guys.

Had a flat tire and pulled over at Pinnacle Storage to put the spare on. The guys in the front office were incredibly helpful. They let me borrow their jack and even put a plug in my tire. Very nice and helpful people.

This is the best place if you need storage, packing supplies or to rent a u-haul. Mal & Charles are the nicest and most helpful two guys you will ever encounter. The office is very spacious and clean, it even has nice bathrooms! I've rented storage here and U-Haul products. Every encounter was pleasant and easy. I highly recommend!!
