The site was nice. We stored our trailer here for a few days while we visited friends on the Island. The staff were very helpful on the phone getting things set up. We didn't arrive when the office was open but the app worked great for opening the gate and we found our site. The staff were very helpful during checkout too.

She walked my husband and I to a unit she thought we’d like (she was SPOT on!) and we completed the transfer right then and there! We decided we needed a storage unit here in Hilton Head. Although we booked online (which was super easy), we realized the unit wasn't quite what we needed. Thankfully Robin was able to get us the correct unit in no time flat! She was easy peasy to work with and we are so thankful we got the space we needed. The space is super clean and well maintained, elevators are huge and accommodating, and the gates work with no issues. If you need storage in the area, you can't go wrong signing up with the wonderful Mrs. Robin!

Their facility is great, but their pattern of rent increases is usurious. They penalize existing and loyal customers by increasing rents to drive them out. My rent went from $195 to $350. I moved out and went to a similar unit for $224. They should give long term existing customers favorable discounted rents, and incentivize them to continue to stay, rather than exploit them.
Patrick was so helpful and found me the unit I needed. I leased it in under 3 minutes on my cell phone and could not be more satisfied! Clean, newly painted and 24 hour access! Great price too!

Patrick and Robin were very friendly and informative and made us feel like our RV will be safe parked on this property.
When I reserve the space I told them I was coming in on June 24. They started my rental on June 14. Got there today. Nobody was in the office got a call an hour later that I parked my RV in the wrong spot they were not clearly marked, but asked me to come back and move it. I don’t know why they just couldn’t put somebody else in my spot very inconvenient.

We joined the 69 Mathew’s Drive three years ago. We travel lightly from Massachusetts and needed a place to keep all the items we need for vacationing in our favorite place. This storage facility is amazing. It’s always clean, always functioning at top caliber. I also want to mention that Robin checked us into our first unit three years ago and when I went in yesterday to upgrade— she was still working. The lack of employee turnover speaks volumes! Robin is amazing as is this facility due to her management!!
