I rented a storage unit on November 21st of this year and was told that the $1 payment and the 50 something dollars I paid at that moment I wouldn't have a payment until January so when I got a call this morning saying that I owed another $50 I was really surprised when I could have just paid that amount on November 21st full payment I think that the intake person and the person that's in the building should get together and make sure that it is plain and clear to the customer because I believe customers deserve upfront and honest pricing and not nickel and diming especially during the holidays
I had an amazing experience thanks to Chante! We were unable to get into our storage unit because our key wasn’t working, and she stepped right in to help without any hesitation. She was extremely respectful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Chante went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and her customer service was truly outstanding.

Have been using this storage facility for a couple of months and already got notice that they will increase the monthly fee by 20 more dollars a month. Feels like a bait and switch!

It was my first day at public storage and I got the police called on me for being 30 minutes past access hours! I was trying to empty my truck so that I didn't have to pay extra to keep the truck another day. I even called the number on the gate to figure out what to do. There was even another person on the property but they didn't get the cops called on them. I understand the policy didnt know till I got there. Wow thank goodness the cops were nice and let us finish
