We moved our child’s belongings into this storage facility due to the location. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and she helped us get into the building and was super friendly. We did run into a snag with our couch not fitting in the elevator but with her quick thinking she offered us another location to store the couch on the first floor. Way over priced, every couple of months the rates go up.
As a result of USC closing campus, we were in need of a storage unit prior to the previously scheduled end of school. But had no idea when we'd be able to get back to campus and empty the room. We called Cecelia who worked with us as we waited for a move out date. When the date finally arrived, Cecelia walked us through the entire rental process. She went all out for us.

I needed a secure storage facility as I've had problems with theft at storage units in the past. This is a very secure location.The rates at this facility are very low as well. The only issue I had was that my over head door was not working properly. I trusted Deidre to keep my spare key so they could fix my unit. Deidre cares about her customers and is very friendly!!

I went here with my husband looking for a unit, the building was very clean the staff young lady name Diedra was very helpful and friendly. I am very happy I came to this location.
Will never use this facility again. this was supposed to be a climate controlled facility but when i moved out most of my items that i had in boxes had gotten wet from water and were all destroyed. I had items that had mildew on them and smelled really bad that even after washing 2-3 times I couldn't get the nasty smell out. Not sure how water even got into this place but it smells really bad also upon entering the building like a bad mildew smell. I have used storage units before and some were even outside and I never had a problem with any of my items being destroyed . front desk employee had an attitude both times when i spoke to her over the phone. I had an issue after I moved out and she wasn't very friendly at all not at all like the employee that I met when i first moved in.

I was here last week to get a unit. The building was so clean and organized, when I walked in Diedra was the greet me, she is awesome. She was very welcoming, She made sure I was comfortable, she was knowledgeable about the units, I just explained to her in a few words what I wanted and she was able to fine the right size unit for me. She had great customer service skills, and for me when I walk in to a place of business the what I look for. She made me want to come back, and tell people, my friends and family to go to THERE. The District Manager could respond to calls from the Property Manager so customers can know when she will be available to cut a lock off. Customer service is abysmal at the District and corporate level. the Property Manager and staff are as helpful as they are able to be, given the total lack of communication from District management.

Diedra is a saint, no, really, through a mix-up, 22 UPS boxes were shipped to this location to her attention, which is NOT ALLOWED, but, she, like the trooper she is, tried to get in contact with me to save me time , boxes and money - only one box went 'astray' - she even tried to find that one too. My experience with Sara Hooker (Public Storage facility on Rosewood Drive, Cola. SC.) is that she is very professional very in dealing with the public clientele. She is courteous and has demonstrated a very high level of knowledge concerning her job requirements. Also Ms. Shakita Roland (employee at able referenced location) has demonstrated a very courteous disposition in dealing with clientele. She also has exhibited a high degree of in carrying out job responsibilities. Both of these employees are exemplary of the definition of professionals.

Sarah is great to deal with. Condition inside of the units is always clean. Today was the second unit I rented there. Employee is great! Corporate policy does not allow any special deals for current customers, even if they rent an additional unit. For example, the move in special does not apply to existing customers, yet the admin fee is charged with each new unit. Corporate needs to step up and not be so greedy to loyal customers...
I go to USC and I rented a unit with a friend and its great. All thanks to Jammie Town.
Terrible. The company seems fine and the online UI is convenient and easy to use, but man were the employees at this location difficult to deal with. Make sure and call about price quotes, as well. I was...umm...mislead, we'll say.
