Lynn was great! She showed me the unit before I chose, so I could make sure that it would work for me. And she answered all my questions. The place is brand new, it's clean, and easy to access. Happy to have chosen this location!

I just had a wonderful initial experience with the new Public Storage facility on Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick, RI. The Manager, Lynn, was extremely helpful and made this process so easy and she explained everything fully. I've used this company before at their Cranston, RI location but am so glad there is a new location closer to my home. Thank you, Lynn and Public Storage!

Lynn saved me from potential disaster after i got locked out of the building mid-moving in and deserves 5-star review. She was very patient, professional and kind and helped me tremendously. However, I’m giving 3-star because the Public Storage company nearly put me in a disastrous situation. The facility itself is a brand new building and clean and has a nice setup. But they opened the location before sorting out all the details. Due to the IT programming issue (I found this out later), I got locked out of my floor after the inside door that was pried open got shut by accident. I was in the middle of unloading my Uhaul and moving in and had a flight to catch the next morning. I called all the numbers but wasn’t able to get anyone but VM. When I finally got a customer service rep, I was told that it could take up to 72 hrs for someone to help me locally. The door in question had a keypad that my access code didn’t open. And there was no sign saying that the door had to remain open. Only later I learned that the keypad wasn’t programmed correctly but the company opened the facility anyway which led to many running into the same issue I had. If Lynn hadn’t shown up totally by chance, it would have cost me hundreds of dollars and time.

Lynn, the office/property manager, was so welcoming when I first showed up which was awesome. The unit was clean. The building is clean. I am excited that I found this storage space. Lynn is the key to keeping customers because of her friendly personality and her outstanding customer service. If you want a place to store your property with the peace of mind, Public Storage at 32 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI 02888 is definitely the place for your personal property.

Just had to move and needed a storage unit. Lynn has been the greatest help and very kind. Facility is very clean and neat.

We were assisted by Lynn this week after a little mix up with our unit. She was so wonderful and was accommodating and friendly the entire time. If it had not been for her helping us (when she wasn’t even working no less!) I don’t know what we would have done. She literally saved the day!
