I went here on a Sunday morning from the time I arrived till time I left I dealt with a gentleman named Ben, who was extremely helpful very informative. He was aware of my limping and I disability he made sure I had a storage unit close by the elevator, he went over everything with me was very professional polite, highly easy experience I would recommend completely walking through the door is nothing like any other storage unit place that I have rented over the years high-tech very thorough. Definitely recommend.

She knows the place like the back of her hand,and is very knowledgeable of the prices and insurance. I am usually the one who looses things often, keys being one. Storage lockers are not an exception. Came by the the park ave location and spoke to Kim. She is an absolute sweetheart and was very kind. She helped me with my key situation and was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I have been renting a storage unit here for the past few months. From walking in on Day 1 the Manager, a woman named Lynn has been incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. She was able to answer all my questions and got me into the proper unit. The place itself is super clean, well lit and very easy to access everything. I’ve been so pleasantly surprised, I wish all businesses could be run this way.

Facilities were very clean and well kept! My experience thus far has been very good my only feedback to give would be about the ability to unlock the doors with your phone using the app. The feature is great and all however when I tried using it the app kept opening the gate instead of the doors. The proximity of the doors to the gate was the problem. The amount of time I used to get the app to unlock the door was greater then the amount of time it actually took to just enter in the code on the key pad. Other then that this storage facility is great.

Walking into the office for the first time Lynn made me feel like I was family. The building is spotless and extremely clean. Lynn took me right to my storage unit, explained the rules.. overall she was extremely nice and friendly.. the only negative is that I cannot give her and the building she runs more than 5 stars.
This storage has been more than just a storage! It’s family over here I haven’t gotten this kind of support from anybody like how Lynn is ❤️ she feels like a second mom and helps you as mush as she can! She’s my earth angel 🌎🪽
It was our first time getting a storage unit so we were very nervous about it. A kind woman named Lynn walked us through the whole process. The facility is new and very clean! She assured us that they keep a very close eye on the storage units and will call us with any questions or concerns. I’m glad I chose this location. I know my things will be safe here!

I just had a wonderful initial experience with the new Public Storage facility on Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick, RI. The Manager, Lynn, was extremely helpful and made this process so easy and she explained everything fully. Lynn, the office/property manager, was so welcoming when I first showed up which was awesome. The unit was clean. The building is clean. I am excited that I found this storage space.
