It's a fair service at a competitive price, I have noticed some time delay and some small glitches within the Mobil app. All in all if I had to use a storage service i would definitely would.

Well cleaned units. Like the ability to get help with upgrading or changing units . Explains things so I can understand . Always ready to help me with any problems.

Great rates and the staff members are friendly and accomodating. Everything went more smoothly than I expected. The property is well-maintained, the units easy to find. I've rented from them before and I was impressed.

No one works there, gate codes dont work, tweakers everywhere, storage units not secure.

I rented a unit for less than two months and went to move when my things there had been a rat infestation in the unit. There was rat feces all over my things!!! All over my things. One worker there was helpful and the other couldn’t be bothered while he was making his personal phone calls. NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!

Unit was broken into. Staff were nice, but they do not have proper camera coverage of every row. Based on paint scuffing, an angle grinder was used. Thieves stole everything of value & anything with personal information, so we now have to be extra cautious about identity theft. Do not store anything you care about here, lots of criminal activity in the area.

Cheapest storage unit in the area... for many good reasons. Much criminal activity, unhoused tent camps blocking the road in, and rude staff Unit was broken into I wouldn't store my trash here!

Fantastic. Paul was a great help in getting me set up for a storage unit and in assisting me in obtaining and setting up my online storage account. He is an outstanding and a very helpful property manager.

However, I never got help; the office is always closed, and nobody is there."

No one ever on site. Had problems with the lock. It was frozen. No help there. No local phone number.

On October 24th I got a call my storage had been broken into a day before and everything had been gone through, mind you this was a week into just moving in so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Now January 4th at 8:20 pm I come to see my storage and I notice the gate to come in won’t shut. I leave around 8:43 so a good 20 minutes have passed and nothing the gate still wide open. I call the “ central station monitored” number and the main office number and got no answer so I’m posting here Incase anyone’s storage or even mine gets broken into again because that’s not fair we as customers pay for our stuff to be stored safe

Well kept, staff is under appreciated but very solid, and overall one of the better storage spots.

October 15 2023: I went to check on my storage a week ago on a Sunday. It looked fine driving up but when I went to grab the lock, the entire latch and lock came right off the door. The entire latch had been crowbarred off and my things had been gone through and they had plenty of time to do it and probably come back and grab more. A quarter of the things in my 20' unit were missing. I called the customer service number and told them the latch was compromised and my things were not secure. I was told no one was in the office and the manager would call me the following day. I was livid. I started taking my things out of the unit because it wouldn't be secure and someone obviously knew this who had been here stealing them. I made a couple trips home before a lady showed up saying she was the new manager and she took my information down. She gave me a new lock and hardware so I could fix the latch. She said maintenance would come by the following day (Monday) and replace the latch with a four bolt latch instead of the two bolt latch that was on there. I left a few things feeling better that at least it would be secure starting the following day. However I went back a week later (Sunday the 15th) and the old latch was still on my unit. She offered to transfer me to a smaller unit but every unit I looked at that was vacant only had the two bolt latch! Some only had one of the two bolts!!! There are no cameras on most of the back buildings, D, E, F and there is no sense of accountability or responsibility at this facility. I will be taking my things elsewhere. Absolutely disappointed. August 2023: So far everything has been straightforward and pleasant I only had one hiccup and it was my own fault and when I called the manager to resolve it she was very grateful and thank me. I went to my unit tonight and they had towed all of the vehicles nearby that were camping so the street is clear for now.

Rats have infested and over run an entire building. Leadership is completely unresponsive and seemingly ignoring us. Should have known better by all the warning signs of homelessness and drug use you have to pass by on the way in. Absolute NIGHTMARE.

Calling for any reason is a total mess. You'll be swearing at your phone in 5 minutes or less. My hall was broken into so the lock and code were charged. In order to get the new code I have to go in person to varify my identity. They only see people by appointment. But I have to go through their automatic phone system which is a nightmare. Total cluster cuss.

The attendant on site is very knowledgeable about her job. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. She has a great personality and possesses an outstanding courteous approach...

The boss lady here has been here forever. Nothing gets by her so I feel totally secure keeping my things here. There's some rif RAF on the street in front, but don't let that get in the way. They keep to themselves mostly anyway. And, they're not a permanent fixture. Other than that why wouldn't anyone come here? Everything is clean as a hospital. They run a tight ship and I Like that. Security is not an issue here. I trust them completely. I feel like its money well spent. Frfr

Chelsea was really nice and helpful

My unit was broken into, as were the units of two of my neighbors. Same story -- the intenal walls are thin particle board. You can very easily cut through them, and people seem to do this on a pretty consistent basis here. This is an old facility, in a bad area, with no real security. You get what you pay for. I would recommend finding a more modern facility that has metal internal walls -- there are tons out there, including other Public Storage facilities close to this one. Don't be fooled by costs -- your rent will be raised significantly, probably by 1/3 or so, shortly after you move in.

My unit has been repeatedly broken into and stuff stolen. I have received 3 emails over the past 6 months stating that my Unit was not locked and that they could not lock it for me. The lock has been replaced a couple of times and within weeks it is broken off again. The unit is close to the main office and camera's should have picked up the break in. Homeless are camped out all around the facility and are allowed to just wander through at all times of the day. After it only took 2 days for the most recent lock to be broken and things stolen, I am moving out.

The best storage facility in this area....

I got my storage broken into, somebody pull the plywood next to my unit, and got into my and steal my stuff, that is a inside job. They know what until are empty and the put a lock outside

Iam so vexed right now. My husband paid his over do bill. Me needing to access to unit because I'm going on a trip. Was not able to. When I arrived at the facility on Prescott St at 10am NO ONE was on the property even though the sign on the door says we're open two people one a UPS driver inform me this is a location where seldom there is a person here. Called the call center was informed someone where be there with in24 to unlock the lock. Iam not understanding why a business would operate like this. Calling any number they have is a waste of time whom every answer if they answer give you the same excuse " on break on the property at another property. All of which is not true. AND COVID HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING

The manager Chelsea here is amazing she's sufficient she good at her job always makes you laugh.

Live in management an H storage units for broken tooth

This public storage is hidden a little off the main road. However, its very clean an well maintained by their staff. Staff at this location are great to work with.

Chelsea property manager did an awesome job went out of her way three times for me and I couldn't believe it I turned down another storage just to take this what I'm so happy thank you and good job

I wouldn't use this storage facility. Your unit will most likely get broken into. There are as many storage places as there are Starbucks. Keep your property safe and go somewhere else.

5×5 storage unit is costing me 104. How ridiculous! I went in to negotiate a price but no one was available in the office. I picked up my items and left. (Zero stars)
