It was very expensive there were rats in my things as well upon move out I explained what was going on they wanted to charge me I had no food I only stored legal items that you're supposed to store in a unit I paid my rent for the unit every month and the staff was less than helpful. I spoke with maybe corporate and they gave me a hard time as well I would not recommend this place nor would I ever went there again

Sabrina is the best person ever and she is so professional and very helpful and very kind and knowledgeable.

I moved into this facility based on a recommendation, and within days of moving in, I learned that approximately 22 storage units had reportedly been broken into. What makes this especially concerning is that while I was moving my belongings into my unit, another customer openly warned us about ongoing security issues. According to him, people have been living in units with their dogs, multiple cameras had been spray-painted over, and break-ins had occurred before. Had I known any of this beforehand, I would have seriously reconsidered storing my belongings here. It's difficult to feel confident about the safety of your property when customers are sharing stories about disabled security cameras and repeated thefts. A storage facility's primary responsibility is protecting the items people entrust to them, and right now that confidence is hard to find. If you're considering renting here, ask detailed questions about recent break-ins, camera functionality, security patrols, and how management addresses theft concerns before signing anything. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and invests in improving security. Until then, customers should proceed with caution.

I would not even give a 1 star they have a rat investation and when I reported it and told management I was seeing rats in my items I told I was trying to go through everything because I continue seeing and finding rats dead and alive and rat droppings and that I didn’t feel I should have to pay if they would allow me to just get everything out since this was a problem they locked me out the unit and canceled the insurance so I couldn’t continue on my claim the management is awful they did nothing to try and fix or rectify the situation all my stuff was so infested a lot of my furniture was stained with rat poop I have to start over and a lot of the furniture was new they refused me back in the storage and sold off the remaining items knowing it was rat infested I am and was so upset with the whole situation a lot of our personnel family things gone DO NOT! RENT HERE! Now I have to re purchase so much and they didn’t want to pay for anything To try and make situation ok
