The manager is great here and keeps the place super clean. She is very helpful and helped direct us to the best storage location size for our large move from California. Great local place in Centennial Hills if you need a local place for storage. Just off the 215 and North 95 intersection in Northwest Las Vegas, take Durango exit, across the street from Centennial Hills Hospital.
Had a wonderful experience at public storage. The units are climate controlled and the property is very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting a friendly staff member named Trina. She was more then helpful and went above and beyond. She was very professional and friendly.
Just spoke directly with Ms Trina and I have to tell you she is absolutely AMAZING!!! She immediately advised me of what was going on with my account and offered services to be able to assist and help me, I cant thank you enough for having thee most amazing customer service, you guys are kind and always willing to help...I have had nothing but an amazing experience with you all!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RENTING ANYTHING FROM THEM❤️
Trina was awesome! She was leaving for lunch as I showed up and she clocked back in to help me get signed up! Good customer service is hard to find these days and this place is top notch! Thank you Trina!

You guys need to give Trina a raise! She is the bee's knees! She's friendly, super helpful and she even cleaned the dust off the floor when I arrived to move my things in. She definitely goes above and beyond and she is very much an asset to Public Storage! Also, I love that I can use the app to get into the storage unit!!! The building itself is new, and thus, the storage units are in superb condition (and air conditioned!). I'm glad I made the choice to rent a unit here. I definitely recommend this location!

Lei was wonderful! She went above and beyond to help us. We had a mix up with the unit we were originally reserving and Lei worked her magic and got us want we needed and wanted. Property is SUPER CLEAN, lots of and lots of carts. 100% I would recommend this property if you are thinking of storing you personal items or furniture! Thank Lei!
