Very nasty experience, Watch your bill for upselling you on insurance you don't need! Staff don't even return phone calls nor answer back,They only remember you if you don't pay your bill. never use Public storage at all nor recommend thos guys to anyone at all.

Are you owned by the apartment complex around the corner, it’s mighty strange the cost increase of renting a unit happens far too often .. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

⚠️Beware ⚠️ This place is horrible! My rates kept increasing every month to the point I could not afford what they wanted and I was told all my PERSONAL ITEMS would be given back! Then I got a call that the only thing returned was an American flag from my father that served in the Navy! Lie! All my son's baby photos and tons of family videos are gone! I didn't care about anything else but the personal things! I am still sick over losing every memory I ever had to these scum bags! And to add insult to injury, they sold the unit for $40! Do not put your stuff here! They overcharge and lie when it comes to getting your personal items back! It's dirty and I was told when I went there by the lady working she was on "medical" but was still there and she didn't have access to the BATHROOM! Her and another woman were BBQ ing by the office! I couldn't help but feel something shady was going on there! They didn't care that none of my personal items were returned! Terrible business! They didn't even TRY to help me!

I would highly recommend finding another place.They have terrible customer service were rude and over charged me and then threatened me with a lien on my unit.I already paid and they said i owed 5 dollars and was going to lien over that.. They said my rent was only 69 dollars a month but now they are saying it is 149 a month ,i guess i need to find another place.Be careful they are crooks.

Raised my storage from August 2022 rate 184 was to 253 in less than a year, now 6 months later they are telling me its going up to 291 dollars. Looking for new place.

I just moved I rented a climate control unit. Very disappointed to find out when I arrived for move in day, they had no carts anywhere to use to haul things in to the units inside. Most places have carts to help with long halls since you can't just drive up to the unit in climate control. Long hallways. I was not happy. The site manager Tanisha was helpful and offered me a couple of smalll wheeled pads. Which didn't really help, but I appreciated her trying to go above and beyond. We figured out a way and improvised. Again. Very unhappy with this move, but Tanisha was friendly and helpful with check in and the process. She is great !!

This is an excellent place to store your items. The ladies in the office couldn't be nicer and are very helpful. The rates are a little high but having a climate controlled unit is worth every penny! Also a big thank you to Tanisha for all your help and information about our storage unit. We really appreciate you!!

They keep up the property it's neat clean very secured.what I do have a problem with is the price increasing I have had my unit for 1 year and 2months this is the 5th or 6th time in 1 year they have went up I went from paying $164 to $190 to $205 to $252 to $262 now starting November 1st $299.IF YOU HAVE SOME ONE basement u can use for storage u are better off doing that. Don't believe the online prices because your still going to have increases.I can't wait to get moved and get my stuff out I will never ever use a storage ever again if I can help it .It seem like every 60 to 90 days the price increase.on top of that u can't get anyone on the phone so they can tell u why and how the price keep going up. Nobody bother calling u back.AVOID USING STORAGE

Stay away. After signing a contract your rate becomes a month to month and it will increase mine just increased $60 from last month along with that you’re late fee increases so the late fee is $50 if you are a couple of days behind on your rent, they will lock you out of the property they tell you that the rate increases are because of the market and this is supposed to be for a temporary solution and rate will continue to go off every single month!! STAY AWAY!!! They are quick to want you to default so they can sell your belongings. This place is a scam run away! Very predatory business practices I will be writing the attorney generals office and the FTC.

I had to move my stuff from this property because they kept upping the rent. It went up almost 40% from when I first started storage. The place is not even temperature controlled. The staff is never in the office. When I moved out, a staff member was cleaning out her car, couldn't be bothered to even come to the counter then. I was advised to just leave the door open. We will close you out later.

After going to 2 different locations on the bus and both stores being under construction came to Taylor and Keyco was there very nice young lady took care and very helpful and thoughful and considerate she help me download the app now u can pay at home if i like thank you Keyco .

Great customer service by Keyko her positive energy was helpful with my storage rental and questions! I remember Christina did a courtesy call for my reservation so that was nice. Lastly, I love the convenience of the app to access entrance gate.
