I want to share my experience today at public storage . I’m a new customer and I lost my keys and I asked Shante for some assistance. She did hesitate on help of me, She assured me if she located in she will let me know. Soon after Doing her walk around perimeter of the building, she gave me a call let me know she had located my keys. What a great day for me. Thank you Shante for all you do!

This was my first experience ever having to purchase a storage unit while moving, but Ms. Shanté at the front desk, was very helpful, quick, and knew everything she was talking about. Also, she made sure that I got the same size unit for the $1 month sale they have, which was a relief for me of course. She also showed me the size of the unit to make sure that, that was what I wanted to purchase.
Shante she was very professional. More professional than all the other people I dealt with in your company. Your company should be proud to have her on their team.

There was a mixup with my storage unit (my fault), but we were able to speak with Shante who was SO helpful and I thank God for her!
