I really don’t give reviews, but I have to give one for this property. I have been at this property for two going on three years and so far everything is smooth. Didn’t have a problem. Customer service on the property is wonderful. Everyone is friendly. And take care of your issues right away. Drew is always nice love his personality I have never seen him in a bad mood always with a smile, I just met Sabrina this year, wonderful personality as well. She’s very knowledgeable about things and she shared them with you. Thanks , Drew and Sabrina for making my storing on your property. Wonderful.

The Randallstown location, 21133 in the shopping center next to Food Lion. I had thee best experience with Public Storage ever. I was having difficulty booking my space and the the young lady in the office as well as the young man both went out there way to help me get situated from phone assistance to in person assistance and even hands on help. I was having the worse day and I was so overwhelmed and even exhausted. The young lady calmed me down with some kind words then proceeded to help me. By the time she and the young man were done I was all set. And happier then a cake loving kid with a whole cake to himself. She was awesome and had a great personality. I love everything about my experience. She helped me with smile the whole time. I felt like it was a commercial being recorded. If this is how you treat all your customers I see why your number one in storage.

There is a young lady that works at this location name Sabnna Peace who goes way beyond what most staff that I have encounter at Public Storage. I went to pay my bill for my husband and she found another person with the same name and asked me which bill did I want to pay. I knew this couldn't be right so she investigated it and it was determined that it was the same name with the exception of the other person had a 'C" in their name and the state didn't match neither did the phone number or the email. I can not began to tell you how relieved I was because with identity theft going on we did not need any problems. Public Storage you need more people like Sabnna Peace.
