Let me just say very poor maintenance and very bad customer service I have only rented for one month and due to the snow haven’t been able to use my unit because they have plowed snowed into unit and now it’s stuck going on 2 weeks now and the kicker is the gate is always wide open free for all to enter . I will be moving my storage ASAP.

Omg my experience was a 10 star experience ALL thanks to YOU... Ms Debbie from store 9901 Liberty Road in Randallstown. I wasn't feeling my best when I walked in, but the smile I received from Ms. Debbie began to put me at ease. I have had my belongings there for over a year and have never seen such horrible customer service in my life! I’ve only had to deal with them on the phone and in person a handful of time but every time has been a horrible experience with rude attitudes and no help. I’ve had to move my belongings to a different storage location due to this and multiple increases of price.
Horrible customer service . Treated my daughter horrible in the year plus time she was there . When closing her unit today she was spoken to very rudely and denied to even help dispose of the lock to the unit when asked . Very disappointing that the company allows people like this to represent them. She told my daughter to complain to corporate if she didn’t like it . Very sad . I will definitely tell everyone i know to never use this company anywhere . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have employees that just don’t care and treat you horrible !
