The customer service here was phenomenal Mr.Roosevelt Nelson went above and beyond making sure everything was right. I had such a hard time getting anything accomplished on the phone ended up going to another public storage the service sucked so when I came to this location I was in a horrible mood but Mr. Nelson was always professional and knowledgeable.

I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service I have received in the last 3months at this location. I arrived this evening to put items in my unit only to find I was locked out. My account is current. After calling the emergency number several times and having my girlfriend call I still did not receive a call back. This is not the first time this has happened. It very difficult to contact corporate unless you use the app email or chat. Was a customer what are you supposed to do when received poor customer service and can’t get it resolved. I own a business and have been in business for over 25years. I am not perfect but I never leave my customers in a position where their concerns cant be addressed immediately by myself or a responsible person in the chain of command. I will pursue this issue tomorrow and return with an update. I also am very dissatisfied with the accuracy and functionality of the app when it comes to insurance cancellation… it is all pretty suspicious to me how the process works and how there is a disclaimer on the app informing you of forfeiture of legal action in so many words when attempting to access certain areas of the insurance area. I will not refer anyone to this business more importantly this location and I will pursue the necessary legal actions if my problem is not resolved and more importantly if it happens again. Be very aware of the contract as well as they clearly will try to raise your original rent for any reason at all. I am so disgusted with the storage industry… I would never be part of such a scam and unethical industry. I will follow up this post with an update as well as inform the general public about the resolution to protect and prevent this from happening to others. Everything posted is very factual and honest. I am anxious to see the outcome and see if someone from corporate cares enough to address this situation.

BUYER BEWARE MY RENT WAS RAISED BY 23% AT 6 MONTHS FROM 260 TO 320. the staff is very nice, the fellow renters do not put the carts back where they are supposed to.
