I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service I have received in the last 3months at this location. I arrived this evening to put items in my unit only to find I was locked out. My account is current. After calling the emergency number several times and having my girlfriend call I still did not receive a call back. This is not the first time this has happened. It very difficult to contact corporate unless you use the app email or chat. Was a customer what are you supposed to do when received poor customer service and can’t get it resolved. I own a business and have been in business for over 25years. I am not perfect but I never leave my customers in a position where their concerns cant be addressed immediately by myself or a responsible person in the chain of command. I will pursue this issue tomorrow and return with an update. I also am very dissatisfied with the accuracy and functionality of the app when it comes to insurance cancellation… it is all pretty suspicious to me how the process works and how there is a disclaimer on the app informing you of forfeiture of legal action in so many words when attempting to access certain areas of the insurance area. I will not refer anyone to this business more importantly this location and I will pursue the necessary legal actions if my problem is not resolved and more importantly if it happens again. Be very aware of the contract as well as they clearly will try to raise your original rent for any reason at all. I am so disgusted with the storage industry… I would never be part of such a scam and unethical industry. I will follow up this post with an update as well as inform the general public about the resolution to protect and prevent this from happening to others. Everything posted is very factual and honest. I am anxious to see the outcome and see if someone from corporate cares enough to address this situation.

So public storage took over the existing company that owned the units prior. If you are a customer then you need to know that after public charges you for late fees and when u go into the second month they cut your lock off and you are responsible for putting another one on. They do not own the contents of your unit until your forfeit after nonpayment for 3 months. So how do they gain the right to violate your property before its even truly in their possession. There are many stirage companies that dont do this and i hope you support those companies and not public

Charles is freaking AWEESOME!!!!! This facility is one of the CLEANEST that I have encountered since utilizing any storage facility. Not only that, his customer service is 10/10. Now how many facilities have 10/10 customer service AND are clean....I'll wait⏳️⏳️? I did however look at other facilities for a better price due to me paying about $180 for my 10 x 10 unit. Other facilities in the area are a little cheaper. If it wasn't for Charles, I'd definitely be gone. 🚗💨

This is a very nice and cleanly kept storage. I opened a storage here for a friend and was impressed with the location and site. The gentleman name Charles was super helpful and made the process very easy. He was very thorough about the contract, the size, took me on a tour, gave information to read, explained the gate hours and he had a very pleasant personality....I declare what more is there to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE that you have gate access until 9pm and as early as 6 am, which in my opinion is a HUGE PLUS for my early bird fans. YES, I would recommend this location AND there is a nice sky high sign that you can see from a distance.
