Michael, the on-site property manager at the South Frederick, Gaithersburg location, is awesome, professional, and very friendly when he sees his customers. The place is well-maintained and clean. The place looks like new even though it has been around for a while. This was a perfect place to store anything if you are planning to stay temporarily. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Had a great experience today. I started my rental online, unit was ready to go within the hour. Unloading area is spacious and flatbed carts available to use. Facility is easy to get to, super clean and Jason on staff was very helpful. Thank you!
This place is really user friendly. The app makes entry/exit both convenient and secure. There's plenty of parking with wide garage doors to move larger items. The carts make moving things around simple. The air conditioned space gives one peace of mind. Mike, at the front desk, is pleasant, knowledgeable and always helpful. 5 stars.

I had a fabulous renting storage experience with Mike @ PS, 807 S Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
Mike was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of storage renting from Public Storage. He went into great detail on storage policy, lock policy, time of operation policy, insurance policy, and carefully entered all necessary information regarding my renting the storage unit.
Mike also instructed me as how to access the gate and door to the PS storage facility. He even made sure that I did a test run on using the gate.
Above all, he personally escorted me to two units to evaluate and see if they were adequate for my storage needs. He was extremely knowledgeable as to the type of unit I would need, and this was very helpful.
PS Storage is very fortunate to have such an exceptional employee. Mike at PS is an invaluable asset for PS Storage.

He was very professional, upbeat and respectful in the manner he communicated the options, availability and services. The facility was spotless and well-maintained. Rodney helped facilitate a glitch with my on-line reservation without me even asking for assistance and I was able to complete the process on the spot. Great location,staff are excellent especially Mike.He helped me out from the 1st day when I had a ton of questions for him,he was patient and courteous. I left my dolly on the 1 s day and he called me and made sure I got it back.Even though I was several days late to pick it up he was nice enough to call and remind me.Will definitely keep renting from this place.Thanks Mike

I've been a member at this location since it was still an ez storage, the staff has always been great and this year has been no exception. I don't plan on canceling my unit anytime soon.
Luke was the friendliest and most helpful storage employee I've ever had to deal with and I've used these facilities more than 3 times.
Very helpful staff, and lovely temperature controlled facility. Wish you could access it later for those that have alternative hours, but overall nothing to complain about
