Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3250 Superior Lane, Bowie, MD

Super clean. Polite staff. I inquired about renting today ans was given a full tour and plan to rent next week. i even live about 30 miles away. However, it's the cleanest, and I really seemed to like the manager's personality.I believe her name is Laurie, super nice lady. i also felt the rates were rather fair. In comparison to some of the competitor rates.So I definitely will be coming here to rent a space next week.

Laurie is always amazing! of other rental properties, this one is the cleanest, the most professional and I feel very safe here and I felt my belongings are very safe. i also know that if there's anything that I need. Lori, or christine has never been hesitant to be of any type of assistance that i've ever needed regarding use of the facility and renting space here. They do a tremendous job.

I've had a 10'x10' storage unit for around 5 months. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Going into month 6, my rent has gone up 39%. While the contract clearly says they can change anything within 30-days, my expectation was they wouldn't rate increase in less than 12 months. Introductory pricing would be more straightforward and a better customer experience, verses what feels like a bait and switch price gouge. Pro: Friendly staff, clean facility Con: Bait and switch pricing. Summary: I would possibly consider this facility again for short term rental, but prepared with the knowledge that the terms will change and the rent WILL increase.

This Public Storage facility is exceptional, with secure gates, effective building access, and a clean environment. Laurie was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and courteous. My wife was pleased with the whole experience.

The Bowie MD Public Storage (PS) on in the Marketplace shopping center is rather new but has some very modern features for security and convenience. Laurie helped us and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was very nice and helpful (5 *'s just for her too). The whole facility is very clean and maintained and is due for more growth soon, I think so others around here will have a lot more to choose from. If you need storage, I can't recommend any other facility and Laurie higher than this PS from the vast array of storage options within 25 miles of here (no exaggeration, I checked quite a few before deciding on this company and Laurie closed us on this location). We just started our rental of the unit but I can't imagine we will run into any problems and if we do I believe Laurie and the staff here will help us eliminate any real problems. Highest marks for this PS and Laurie who got us started!

The storage are very clean and the place is very safe. The lady at the office is also very friendly.

I came in yesterday looking for storage and Laure was the absolute best. She got me a great rate and the property is beautiful.

Since the place just opened November of 2024, it is sparkling clean and smells clean. I hope they will maintain this cleanliness throughout the years ahead. Also, I love that there is a clean comfort room inside the building. Kudos to the attendant on duty at the time we moved in, she is exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Laurie did an excellent job. She knows how to communicate with hearing-impaired people and showed us how to use code access. Laurie is friendly! Thank you, Laurie! 😊👍

Great experience, very easy to rent the unit. I went there yesterday to drop off some things. I was in and out in 10 minutes, effortless.

Lori and kristy were both outstanding. Kristy was so helpful with showing me a couple empty units and answering all my questions on space and securing the unit. Lori assisted me with all my paperwork, walking me through and answering all questions with the application process. These two young ladies work very well together as a team. Was very pleased overall.

Laurie was so helpful and provided such great detail that I felt comfortable with my purchase every step of the way. The unit was eat to get into and is a convenient place to store my furniture while I renovate.

Just moved to the area and picked this location for it's indoor easy access units. The location is great and convenient, multiple loading entries depending on what's more convenient. More importantly, the staff were fantastic and helpful. Wound up renting a second to make the process smoother as we sort stuff and it took only minutes with no hassle.

My husband and I visited the storage facility on Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Laurie. Laurie showed us some units and provided very detailed information. As this was our first time renting a storage unit, we were very appreciative of Laurie’s insight and her willingness to answer any questions we asked. Her friendliness and professionalism is something we really appreciate!

This new location is a fantastic agreed from the previous location and call me to switch my unit and take advantage of the new deals. Also, Lori - the Property Manager - was very helpful in my transition.

New facility. Clean, and currently offering discounts. I ran into some issues reserving a space online, but Kristy was able to help me complete the process when I dropped by. While she was waiting on the system to catch up (the internet was slow at that time) she answered all of my questions and even made some recommendations based on the experiences of previous customers. BTW, the place is new, so careful following Google directions to the location.

I just got a unit here. First I got a great rate and the property is beautiful not to mention the property manager Laurie is wonderful.

Just learned that Public Storage opened a new location in Bowie. The property is beautiful and the staff first rate. Best of all, their rates are motivating me to move from my current location, but keep that to yourself until I get my unit. Don’t want these awesome rates to change.
