I visited this location because I needed somewhere to store my valuable belongings. I was helped by Giovanne and it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. She was super knowledgeable, clarified any questions, and just had a welcoming presence. I wanted to make sure that I picked a facility that I trusted and could communicate with at any time. Not only did I walk out with a unit, but I spread the word to all family and friends. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings in the area, please pay this location a visit!!!!!!!! Make sure you ask for Giovanne. She is the best!!!!!!

Este es el mejor lugar para guardar sus pertenencias. Es muy limpio, seguro, decente temperatura adentro y lo mejor de todo que los empleados te explican todo bien claro y son amigables. In a stressful time of moving your person should be Ms. Giovanne. I was having an awful day with this move and Ms. Giovanne fixed it all for me she was very helpful, easy to deal with and very pleasant. She reassured me, put all my worries to rest and made me feel relieved. From now on every time I need storage I will be coming back to her, I recommend this place 100% all the way. The spaces are very clean reasonably priced I do recommend that you try public storage for your self I am very satisfied. The only problem I have is that there is no 24 hour access 😕

Jovon was great in assisting with verifying my move out. I left a voicemail the previous day and she follow up with me next day to verifying my information and ensured I didn’t get charged. Great customer obsession!

I had my storage unit for 2 years. In the time frame my storage monthly rate price increased 3 different times. I’m thankful that my items were secured and nothing was missing when I went through my belongings. However, the price I was paying included temperature controlled unit and no bugs. It was freezing cold during the winter months whenever I would go in to check my storage. No matter the time of day it was freezing in the building. I would get random emails informing renters of charges for others not returning the storage dollies to the lobby and a lock combination lock deposit. Also upon moving out I saw dead insects in my belongings and found a live maggot on a garment of clothing that was safely stored in a storage bin. Thats disgusting and gross. Overall decent space with increasing high prices and freezing building temperatures. Not worth the price if you have to freeze visiting your storage unit and worry about insects crawling in your things.

I have been using Public Storage for a few years now. I recently stopped by the Public Storage facility in Beltsville, MD. I inquired about promotions available for my existing units. Lawrence, an employee at the Beltsville location, accessed my rental unit profile and reduced the storage fees for my units. Lawrence saved me a considerable amount of money. I highly appreciate that he took the time to review my profile. He was very professional and ensured my request was addressed. I recommend the Beltsville Public Storage location to any interested customers looking for storage units.
