Great experience with Public Storage! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The process of booking and moving into the storage unit was seamless.
Shania and crystal helped me out through a very difficult situation. I had problems with a unit at the Shannon Drive Location and needed a transfer that the system wouldn’t let me complete online. They gave me the best service imaginable and walked me through every step along the way. As this being my first time using storage units they saved my Experience completely

She walked us through all of our options, explained everything in a very clear and straightforward way, and made sure our move-in was as efficient and stress-free as possible.
Because she was so easy to work with—and the pricing was very competitive—it was an easy decision to commit to a year-long rental on the spot. We didn’t feel the need to shop around or get other quotes; we felt confident we were in good hands.

Yesterday we decided to take a ride over and check out a storage unit. The lady that we spoke to on the phone was very very nice and very helpful and then when we went to the unit, we met the lady that works there named Nikki. She was by far very pleasant to talk to guided us through everything and we wound up getting a storage unit from there. It was very clean .
Imani went above and beyond to make sure I got into the right unit . She walked to make sure I had the right lock and communicated from beginning to end . We need more people like her in the world it would be a better place. Give that woman a raise !!!
