What a great experience touring the facility with Corey. He answered all of our questions and had us laughing the whole time!! We were so impressed!!! Definitely referring the storage facility to my friends.
Corey was very helpful and was excited to share the benefits of the facility becoming Public Storage. I don’t know which one of us got more excited when I opened the gate with my phone through the app. !!!
I stored a vehicle inside a unit at this facility for 3 months during the winter/spring 2025. The facility is well-lit, secure, clean, staffed 5 days a week and equipped with a bathroom available during office hours. CubeSmart makes it easy to create an account, use its mobile app, and set up automatic payments.
True, the area was hit with a snow & ice storm followed by 3 days of extreme cold. The snow plowed against the garage door of my unit froze solid and could only be cleared with a pick-axe. South-facing units did not experience the same issue.
All-in-all I was pleased with the unit and the assistance I received from the office manager Savannah.
Savana was very helpful and personable! She answered all my questions and took me on a tour of the facility. Great experience!

Savannah and the other staff at Cube Smart in South Grafton,MA are professional, kind, available, and efficient. The whole process from renting a unit to returning it is user-friendly. When there was ice,a nice employee from the office helped me salt the area and chip away the ice with a shovel. Any employee there was willing to help me open the door when I had a back injury too. This facility is clean, safe,modern,and I only feel peace-of-mind that I am storing some items there. A variety of sizes of units are offered as well as temperature controlled and non. I have utilized almost every type offered and only have compliments. Thank you,Cube Smart ,South Grafton,MA for helping me to live my life the way I need to right now.
My husband and I have been renting a unit there for several years now. The place is well maintained and well managed. We've had nothing but good experiences!
(Do not use this place to storage you stuff because they will rase the price without telling you)they will do it on the winter so you can’t do nothing and keep paying.and I had less then a year here ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌😡they won’t wave it don’t waste your time if you don’t want to get ripped off
For the amount of money we pay to store things at the Milford Rd Grafton CubeSmart Storage you would think they’d make sure the garage doors are clear to open after a snowstorm not just plow the main strip and bury all the units with ice and snow. It took me an hour to dig out my own unit, just the door, so that I could get things out of storage. For 280 a month I’d expect they could at least keep the doors working. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their belongings.
