Vivian was excellent and very informative and kind. I appreciated her showing me the unit as I’m more of a visualizer. Answered many of my questions the place is clean no smell maintained very well. Thank you Vivian you are amazing at customer service.

We had a great experience during our recent visit to this Public Storage location. Vivian, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to show us around the property and explain all the available amenities. My mom especially appreciated that Vivian is bilingual, which made the entire process much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with this location and the excellent service Vivian provided. Highly recommended!

AJ provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to show me my storage unit, explained the easiest way to access it, and made sure I knew how to properly secure my lock so I wouldn’t have any issues later. He never made me feel rushed and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. It’s obvious he takes pride in his job and wants customers to have a smooth, stress-free experience. Walked in for a storage unit today, Vivian assisted me gracefully! Beautiful soul and you can simply tell they take good care of their customers. I knew which unit I wanted and it was an easy move in. Units are climate controlled and everything is well maintained, and secured. They even call customers if you leave your stuff unlocked and bathrooms are also very clean. I would give this spot Marine corps Standards for your belongings!! and Vivian brings the most amazing energy!

The move in process was seamless. They make it very easy at Public Storage Haverhill. During my move in, office hours were closed however provided instructions were clear and I appreciated how AJ made a follow up call to make sure I had a wonderful experience!

I had just bought my storage unit and showed up in person and met AJ who was working that day. He helped me find and get into my new unit with perfect service. Everything was quick and simple and he took the time to answer any questions I had. Id highly recommend going with Public Storage for your storage needs.

Convenient and did everything online, no interaction involving the office which was a huge plus. However, the carts that are provided to move belongings in and out could be a little bigger, please. Otherwise nice place.

I think the people at this place are very efficient and consumer friendly...at least that's how I felt when I was helped yesterday....Tuesday...at the 9 mile and gratiot location 🌞...thank you for being patient with all my concerns....keep up the good work...
