Sharon, you're a Gem! The acquisition process online was SEAMLESS. It only took me about 8 minutes to get through the steps so I can say the website is very user friendly. When I got to the facility, it was immaculate, despite cars driving and parking inside. I mean the floor was swept, the concrete appeared clean as if the building was brand new. No rust on any metallic doors and other surfaces. Everything functioned properly. The gate/door access system is awesome especially if you have the App. I was emailed a copy of all my signed documents within seconds of completing the lease. Everything was just so prompt and easy. And oh, did I mention Sharon? She is the Property Manager and she is GREAT! Very professional and friendly "how can I help you" attitude. The whole experience, from online transaction to in-person rapport, was the epitome of customer service. I don't know about other locations, but the Chelmsford location gets it RIGHT. The rates are reasonable and if you don't have your own insurance, theirs is really good. I highly recommend Public Storage, Chelmsford, MA if you are looking for, in my opinion, the best option for your storage needs.

The public storage in Chelmsford, surprise me with a rent increase that was too high for me to make, so I called in to speak to someone and they got back to me quickly. The team in Chelmsford did an amazing job throughout my time renting three units and when I left they were of help when one of my movers injured themself and provided much needed water until we could replenish. This facility is one of the cleanest and easy access storages I have ever leased.

I was there on Saturday and forgot the lady who helped me. She has only worked here for four months, hopefully this will allow you to know who she is. She deserves praise and recognition. I switched to a smaller unit, she knew what she was doing. Went out of her way to help me without hesitation, put my interest above hers, and she was quite busy. It’s staff with a great attitude like this that results in customers like me staying. Thumbs up to her.

Absolutely professional clean wonderful staff very secure as well as genuinely safe to preserve your cherished belongings and or whatever else you would need to store. Helped in a time of need showed compassion to two disabled persons that were targeted and abused helping us change units after illegal removal and mandated to bring to our storage at all American storage All American storage saw this heard our story and allotted us to change units into a larger unit because the people that illegally displaced us broke all of our medical equipment and most everything we had aside everything else they took, so We would say that this is the best storage place to go. This was a great experience! The building was meticulously clean, and all the staff were very friendly. It was easy to do whatever I needed to do, whether that meant renting a unit, changing my home address, changing my unit, or eventually canceling the service. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

The storage lockers are easily accessible by elevator. You go through security gates, entering your code then enter inside the building. Your contents stay dry and I just love it. We moved to this facility because of access from indoors and able to use the elevator. Adam at the front desk is very professional and very helpful.

The Manager, Adam Foss, was extraordinarily helpful, walking me through the process of renting a space, cost per sizes, etc. He showed me various actual possibilities, how to get to them, which elevator, & turns in hallways. After my renting space, he even accompanied me to indoor space for unloading/loading , showing me where to park after I went through gates with my car & access code. I'm 77 & technologically braindead so this was terrific. Since it's called "Self Storage" & emphasis had been for online booking, I hadn't anticipated an amazingly helpful human. A beautiful facility, by the way, in no way reflecting the dark, murky storage units in movies & TV programs.
