I wanted to show my appreciation for the most amazing service from Tiffany that works at the overland in Meridian. I appreciate the smile and the good help and the positivity in a dramatic move in my life. It's just nice to know there are natural human beings out there that still can put a smile on my face. Absolutely unacceptable. We rented a unit and communicated with the property manager who knew when we would be arriving to unload and move into our unit. After arriving after hours, there was a locked lock on our unit. Although there is time after hours to access the facility, we were unable to reach anyone to assist us. The unit was not checked and verified prior to us moving in and it cost us time, money, a lot of effort and stress to not be able to access the unit as planned. Moving days are tiring and stressful and this was an awful thing to experience. We were left with being out the money it took to reserve the unit with excess fees and also a trailer and truckload that we now needed to store and secure until we could find another option. Check the unit to ensure it is ready. We are all expected to do our jobs. No after hours assistance available even from all 1-800 numbers. There are a lot of options in this area. Rent elsewhere.

Ken was extremely patient in helping us sort out a problem in renting a unit. He took the time to explain the process and was very knowledgeable. Would love to work with him anytime.

Tracy is such a shining star! Her customer service was top notch! I walked in and she had a big smile on her face as she greeted me. I was running around in circles in a panic last minute trying to find somewhere I could store my things right away and she said “NO NEED TO WORRY” and was ready to answer any question I had and got me all set up! She was very helpful. The location was clean & spotless…very inviting! I will continue to recommend public storage and make sure to tell my friends to ask for Tracy—she’ll take good care of you!

The office staff are great! They were both friendly and helpful. It is rare these days to have someone who is busy with another customer actually acknowledge your presence and let you know they will be with you soon. This small gesture makes the wait feel shorter. Nice work ladies!

I needed to store my things for a year while I decided where I wanted to move to... Access storage is clean, brightly lit and have elevators to get things to your unit with the carts they provide. They also helped me find a transport company who are taking my things from Ontario to British Columbia! The staff are helpful and friendly and I can't recommend them enough! 10 stars for this company!

Great Customer Service, Tracy is awesome!!!!

We had to sign a new contract since we were with the previous company, so I called in to get some assistance with getting that accomplished. A delightful person answered the phone and jumped right in to help! Tracy was amazingly patient as I navigated through the process. She knew enough about the website to know what I was seeing, and that's something I don't run across often. I really appreciated her cheerful spirit, and I look forward to meeting her in person sometime soon!

Tracey was such a great help!

Unwilling to work with us despite illness and disability. They are not disability accommodating as my blind friend is losing all his stuff and they refuse to work with him despite the fact they had him sign a contract he could not see. They have the wrong rate on my contract. They are breaking the law in regards to their timeline if being able to auction off the unit and charging fees not listed in their contract. Remotely owned out of, of course, California with a manager who has no ability to do anything. I would avoid this company because their remote corporate head quarters doesn't follow Idaho's law.
