I cannot say enough great things about Deanne Hoff! She spent nearly two hours helping me, and from the moment I walked in, she treated me with genuine kindness and care. She explained every detail of the rental process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I completely understood everything before moving forward.
She even offered me a free bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her customers. Throughout the entire experience, I could tell she truly wanted to help—not just make a sale. That level of genuine customer service is incredibly rare.
I was worried I would have to visit several storage facilities before finding the right unit, but Deanne made my first stop my last. She found the perfect unit for my needs, and the facility itself is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything is organized, feels very secure, and gave me complete confidence that my belongings will be safe.
The Public Storage app is also fantastic. It’s incredibly easy to use, makes managing your account simple, and provides convenient access to everything you need. Combined with such a clean facility and outstanding customer service, the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

I was having such a stressful day and needed help fixing an issue with my unit security( nothing with them personal stuff) and Deanne was instantly so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but make me feel so welcomed and and reassure me that everything will be taken care of in a timely manner. Super easy to complete the rental contract online, never had to go in during office hours. Most important benefit for us was 24/7 access but they also make everything super convenient. We’ll be renting for the foreseeable future for sure. 👍
