I had rented a storage space online, and when I arrived, I realized that the unit I had selected simply wasn’t going to work for what I needed to store. It would have been easy to simply tell me that I had rented the wrong size and leave it at that. Instead, Deanne took the time to understand exactly what I needed and personally helped me work through the available options to find a better solution.
What impressed me most was the amount of time and patience she gave me. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure I left with the right solution rather than simply completing a transaction.
Josh was also extremely helpful and contributed to making the entire experience a very positive one. Together, they demonstrated what excellent customer service is supposed to look like.
I have spent much of my career working with people and organizations, and I know how difficult it can be to find employees who genuinely take ownership of a customer’s experience. Deanne did exactly that. She represented Public Storage exceptionally well, and I hope her management team recognizes the value of having someone like her working directly with customers.
Companies spend a great deal of time and money trying to build customer loyalty. Sometimes it really comes down to having people like Deanne and Josh who are willing to take a few extra minutes, solve a problem, and make a customer feel valued.

It was disappointing to learn that the amazing property manager, Mitchell, is no longer with this location. His departure is truly a loss for the property and its customers. Mitchell was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about the property and the people he served. Unfortunately, it seems that things have been changing since his departure and its not the same. He set a very high standard, and his presence is definitely missed.

The facility is just delightful. The grounds are very clean and it almost has a park like setting. Miss Deanne who works in the front office is such an amazing person to have known and dealt with!

I cannot say enough great things about Deanne Hoff! She spent nearly two hours helping me, and from the moment I walked in, she treated me with genuine kindness and care. She explained every detail of the rental process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I completely understood everything before moving forward.
She even offered me a free bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her customers. Throughout the entire experience, I could tell she truly wanted to help—not just make a sale. That level of genuine customer service is incredibly rare.

Deanne and Mitchell were so so helpful they helped me and went over and beyond with both office changes and lock issues. Both great to work with!
We stored our truck and trailer here over the winter and felt the prices and location were good. Dianne in the office was very kind and we appreciate her quick communication and great service. We hope there is space here when we’re ready to store again.

Mitchell and Deanne were great at helping us out when our door broke. Mitchell went above and beyond to figure out why our door broke. They got a work order and took care of everything. Can’t say enough good things!
Mitchell was super helpful with a quick move in when we were not onsite :-) he helped facilitate our move remotely and kept in communication with us throughout with pictures the whole time. Great experience and follow up.

Today my husband and I had the stress of searching for storage units online, after going through circles of hidden fees and 3rd party incorrect info, we decided to just try to one to be actually able to speak to a human being. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Deanne in the office who went above and beyond to help us find what was right for us! She was such a kind hearted women who is exceptionally informed and has a level of customer service that is very hard to come by nowadays!
We definitely feel safe and at ease working with this company. The price is better than most and the units (which Deanne allowed us to view 3-4 units) were clean and durable!

I was having such a stressful day and needed help fixing an issue with my unit security( nothing with them personal stuff) and Deanne was instantly so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but make me feel so welcomed and and reassure me that everything will be taken care of in a timely manner. I am fairly new to Public Storage and the property is well maintained and it is easy to access my unit. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I needed a place to Store my 40’ RV, and I found it difficult to get my RV into the location that I originally picked. I had to change locations, and the fact that Public Storage owns several locations around the Boise area, and all are on a central computer system, made it easy to accommodate my needs.

Super easy to complete the rental contract online, never had to go in during office hours. Most important benefit for us was 24/7 access but they also make everything super convenient. We’ll be renting for the foreseeable future for sure. 👍
