This Franklin and Curtis is a centrally located spot so its no surprise this location is almost full! I spoke to my friends who recommended this location, due to the onsite manager named Dustin, who genuinely cares about his customers. Spotlessly clean! We have been using this facility since it was called IDAHO storage connection, which is obviously been purchased by Public Storage.
I was only expecting a price increase, and no improvement in the service levels.

Holy chaos, Batman! I rolled up to Public Storage in Boise like a raccoon on Red Bull looking for a place to stash my mountain of random crap, and Xander absolutely saved my life.
This dude was moving faster than my ex’s excuses. One second I’m standing there with 47 boxes, a broken lamp, and what might be a haunted mannequin, and the next he’s got me a clean unit, explained the gate code like it was nuclear launch protocol, and even helped me wrestle my couch through the door while cracking jokes that had me wheezing.
The place is spotless (way cleaner than my apartment, not gonna lie), access is stupid easy, and Xander made the whole nightmare feel like a chaotic team-building exercise. If you need storage and you want someone who actually gives a damn while running around like the place is on fire (in a good way), ask for Xander.
10/10 would let him supervise my emotional baggage storage again.
