Nearly impossible to get human help. It took 7 phone calls on 4 different days to finally receive a call from the property manager. Have been to my storage roughly 10 times in past 3 weeks at various rimes of the day and there has not once been someone in the office. The bathroom on site is in the office so it is not accessible because the office is locked and unmanned.

They jacked up the price multiple times with almost no notice. Also when I moved out at the beginning of the month before my posted due date they refused to refund what had gotten automatically pulled off my card even a pro rated amount. Use any other storage facility before going here

Public Storage on Victory They Jack prices up every 6-12 months We moved into the place when it was Victory Storage, in 2017 it was 10x24 space for $96 great price. Extra space took over in 2019 and upped our rent to $117, understandable and we didn’t have issue with it. Public took over in 2021 In May 2021 rent went to $132 In Nov 2021 rent went to $176 =25% In Dec 2022 rent went to $206 =17% In Nov 2023 rent went to $274 =33.3% In 2 of the cases above we called to complain and got a 6 month extension before having to pay the new rent. I called and talked to Corporate and complained that I could rent the same space new for $125 a month, but of course that would require moving units. The person on the phone point blank told me it will continue to go up every 6-12 months even if I did move. So we used our 6 months to find another space, luckily we were able to downsize and there were no space the same size. So we got a 10x18 for $118. They also did the same on my daughters unit, which was size 12x10 started @ 100 in 2023 it went up to $201 in Aug 2024

Overpriced for what you get, but decent location and the staff is super nice. They jack up the price so much every year that we'll be moving our RV to another storage place soon.

We were running a few minutes late getting to the facility before closing. Dillon agreed to stay beyond closing time to meet us. Very clean, nice storage facility. Thank you Dillon for excellent customer service.

This place is awesome! Tommy was the absolute man! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a storage unit and he walked me through the lease agreement and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable guy. Extremely impressed with the customer service. Give Tommy a promotion! 🤘

I have had a medium size storage unit here since 2020. I do t remember the size, but it is about 10x17. Originally it was one of the best priced unit in the area, the price has increased nearly 300% in 4 years! They have steadily increased every year from around $100 to $300! Now I have to move all my stuff to another place.

The RV parking spaces are generously wide and extra long, with diagonal positioning that facilitates easier parking and maneuvering. Their use of technology streamlines the renting process and adds convenience. Negatives - (1) Our primary grievance is the frequent rent increases. Despite being a long-time customer with 2 spots, I was eventually priced out. There seems to be no loyalty to long-time patrons, as evidenced by the significant price difference between my last renewal at $309/mo and their current offering of the same unit at $198/mo. It appears their business model relies on attracting renters with low initial rates but steadily hiking prices thereafter. (2) The staff turnover is high, which lead to inconsistencies in service and communication. (3) Despite the property being fenced with a security gate, I experienced theft and vandalism. The lack of cameras in specific areas makes it challenging to address such incidents, and the manager's response was not helpful. In summary, while this RV storage facility offers spacious and well-organized parking spaces with convenient technological features, the frequent rent increases, staff turnover, and security concerns detract from the overall experience.

They increased rent without giving us notice, they just charged the account. Apparently they increase every 6 months?! Why? No notice?!!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF WITH THEM ... This company starts you at a certain rate. Then ups the storage rent without notice. It is just DUE on your bill. They upped mine $60 , without notice. And when I called them, they stated that "it is in the contract" that they can change it at Any time. Yet, we have to give them 30 days notice to vacate. I am on a fixed income and I went to pay my bill, now that I can't afford. I budgeted for the price they gave me. And have paid. They will lock me out if not paid in full in a few days. THIS is not good customer service, they were so cold and just kept repeating "it is in your contract " it is NOT a good company. SO 🤷‍♀️ I lose everything because they gave me ZERO notice? Over $60.... And I basically have 3 days to put it where? I am moving, I just moved all my stuff in this Unit!!!! And and costs are SO tight. This company doesn't care. Customer service doesn't care. Their prices are Lies... this company is NOT reputable.

Public Storage has great customer service and a clean facility! The rates are high, compared to other unit rentals but otherwise it’s a good temporary solution to storage.

So I wanted to say I have been buying storage units at auctions for 10+ years (over 5 states) and this has been the best experience I have ever had . Mark you have went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs thank you so much for everything you have done! Anyone should be very happy to rent a unit/ buy one at auction here . Ashley was also an amazing help at the victory location! They both need raises in my opinion. Thank y’all again much appreciated.

I recently moved out of their location on Beverly. When I first rented pric was 178.00. With in a year and 1/2 price went to 265.00. Very seldom was any one at th location including during move out. The day of move out I dropped the keys at the victory location seeing the paper in the window stated they were the contact location. They lost the keys. 2 weeks later the tried to charge 250.00 for rent for 3 days rent. Do not trust this company. Also I moved to storage plus. Price.130.00 a month. Half the price..
