I think all in all this is a good place to obtain a storage unit. I really don't like Republic Storage or Store and Lock. They both pulled some crappy things on me - and that was after I had rented a storage unit for several years and always paid on time and I was a very good tenant. But I don't have any negative feelings toward Public Storage.
Requesting for a storage unit online was very helpful after the Manager in Meridian reached out to help me. I had so many questions, and they helped me without hesitation. The process was very smooth, and I truly appreciate everything that they did to assist me while I was out of town.

Jessica was amazing helping me manage getting caught up on my rent, going above and beyond. I give Jessica the 5 stars. However their late fees are outrageous, and I am fearful of them raising the rent again. Can I give this 2 reviews, one for Jessica and a 1 star for their fees and rental increases? Public Storage needs to find the balance between automation and the human factor. Jessica more than made up the difference, but others have not been as helpful. They move fast to auction your life off. PS doesn't seem to want to keep their customers long term. The corporate owners Blackrock are the same companies involved in raising housing and home rental prices through International Equity Firms buying up the housing market, so they make money driving people out of their homes, then make money when you have to place everything you own into storage.

Overpriced for what you get, but decent location and the staff is super nice. They jack up the price so much every year that we'll be moving our RV to another storage place soon.

Public Storage has great customer service and a clean facility! The rates are high, compared to other unit rentals but otherwise it’s a good temporary solution to storage.
So I wanted to say I have been buying storage units at auctions for 10+ years (over 5 states) and this has been the best experience I have ever had . Mark you have went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs thank you so much for everything you have done! Anyone should be very happy to rent a unit/ buy one at auction here . Ashley was also an amazing help at the victory location! They both need raises in my opinion. Thank y’all again much appreciated.
