November 2025 - Shantell and Jacoby have been wonderful and continue to provide outstanding customer service. They're very responsive to any questions or requests that we may have. In addition, the changes made to the property (gates, cameras, etc.) have added an extra level of security to the property that we appreciate tremendously. We highly recommend this property to others, primarily because of Shantell and Jacoby.

Rented a unit for over 2 years with a ceiling leak that was never repaired. Gave over one month’s notice of vacating and physically went into office to tell them unit was clean and empty. Public Storage staff continued calling us for “non payment” and attempting to charge an additional full month’s rent after we had paid in full for beyond the date we left. Caller threatened to charge our credit card. Repeated calls to management were not returned. Haven’t heard from them in a few weeks. Hope this is over.

Ever since Public Storage took over this location from CubeSmart, the customer service has gone completely downhill. If I could give negative stars, I would. This new Public Storage location that took over from CubeSmart sucks. I used to come here all the time and was always helped by Jim & Cindy—they were the gold standard. Even if they were technically closed or out on the property, they’d sprint over if they spotted someone at the door. Customer service was real. Now? I’ve come by four times to pay my bill, and each time the office door has been locked with no sign, no explanation, and no help. To make matters worse, there were two women in Public Storage shirts milling around outside, they didn’t even acknowledge that a customer was standing at the door, wanting to pay their bill. Four visits, four times the same poor experience. Not even a “hi” or “someone will be with you shortly.” I don’t know what happened to the customer service standards here, but it’s unacceptable. If this is how Public Storage runs things, I’ll be looking elsewhere soon.

Plenty of storage units and plenty of room, but watch the billing and how much and how often they charge you. They'll charge you more than what your agreement is, and they will charge you after you've already made a payment. Communication about price changes and billing is horrible.

My boyfriend and I bought a storage unit when this location was a CubeSmart and it has been a nightmare since. A week later it was a whole different company and the transition was very confusing, with us having to figure out insurance policies and payments. When we signed up, we had a deal where we would get our second month of rent through CubeSmart. Now we have charges on our account that came out of nowhere and we are not even sure what we are paying for. Definitely has been an added stress on our moving process and do not think we will buy storage here again as a result.

Shante was very helpful and sweet. She guided us through the whole process of getting the locker very smoothly and quickly. I got there and within minutes I had the locker… also in part because of doing it online before coming.

It's an absolutely awful experience. They quietly raise my rates. It was $50 last month, $20 this month. The rates are 10 times what they are advertising on their website.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I've used CubeSmart before and I liked it and felt like my belongings were safe there so I returned again.

The gentleman running this location was very kind and helpful. Although I think Cubesmart unit rentals are high, their promotions are a welcome relief when you are retired and on a budget. Again the gentleman working here has outstanding customer service.

Area and storage units are very clean and staff very accommodating. But, but, but. Cost. Advertised price is not the monthly cost. “Required add ons” and administration. And the first month free was not exactly a month. Mine was 22 days. Closer to 3 weeks. I HATE being cheated!

Easy to navigate site. Wonderful information with published prices. On Site Managers Extremely Friendly and Helpful. We found CubeSmart to be Extremely Helpful and Courteous. Our Interactions with Cindy and Jim were very pleasing and professional. Cindy located us a spot to store our RV. The process ws very easy and a easy in and out spot was located for us. After 8 months in stoirage, our RV found a new home with a younger couple. WE have been Extremely please with the service and attention to detail provided by Cindy.
