My girlfriend Linda and I have been using this Public Storage location for over 2 years now. Grounds and facilities are always clean and appear generally well-kept but we think the best thing about this location is the help we often receive from Josie! She is the absolute best and when we visit our units (we have 2 there), we will often pop into the office just to visit with her and we have to say, she has even become a bit of a friend over these past 2 years. Thank you Josie for your care and great customer service! You add an additional level of reason in our choice to continue to use and stay with this location, hence when we needed a second larger unit, we had no reason to look elsewhere for it. She just leaves you feeling VALUED as a customer and you just don't find that much in many businesses nowadays.

I was having issues with my Elderly Mothers storage unit in Sacramento Ca. She lives in Alabama and me in Florida. She moved from California 5yrs ago and had sentimental items put in storage there, then moved to Alabama. She faithfully sent her checks to pay her monthly fee. Fee's went up without her knowledge and with the help of Josie the manager in Florida I was able to get Mom on track, up to date and unit closed. Josie went beyond the call of duty to assit us every step of the way. Highly impressed with her customer service skills, which is very rare indeed.

Thank you for helping me get my RV out! I made a wrong turn and got my 35' RV with a car dolly on the hitch stuck in their enterance. The manager at the time was a great lady who even helped lift the dolly to move it since I had to detach it to get out.
