Plantation Storage Units On Highway 441
Public Storage in Plantation is on the west side of State Road 7, just a few minutes off of Interstate 595, Florida's Turnpike and Interstate 95, making it a convenient location for customers in west-central Broward County.
A quick drive up 12th Street from Plantation Heritage Park, a 5x5 unit at this location is a great spot to keep fishing equipment, as well as running and biking gear for frequent trips to enjoy the outdoor setting.

Got a unit and 5 mins later called and got a bigger unit,my deposit was never refunded, np, 3 months in and the price now increases from 3 something to 4 something per month. This is a predator establishment , today I got a bigger unit that cost way less at the u hall on Broward.
Great storage place, safe, well located and well maintained. Manuel was a great help with my questions.

Claudet was super attentive and friendly when assisting me with a problem I had with a storage unit, where she speeded up the search for another space for me and instructed me on the necessary procedures for this.
My experience today was. Wonder . The services were amazing. He went way and beyond to assist me . He was so polite and friendly. That so much for a wonder experience
I got an increase rental notice, I called to notify them that I will be moving to another storage facility, Manuel told me to hang on, he returned with a very good reply , my fee would remain the same for three months. If that did not happen, as I told him, I would have paid more at a different facility just to not deal with a company arbitrarely raising my rent. I am not good with anyone gouging.
So Manuel, you save Public Storage from a nasty posting and losing a customer for life.
I had rented a space about 3 years ago to store some very valuable protective gear for law enforcement, a hurricane was coming our way ,that is why I rented again, so let us not screw up our relationship.👍👍

Just recently got my storage unit and so far been happy with the experience. Customer service has been excellent, especially from a woman named Claudette who really went out of her way to help me out and even call me back. Thanks for everything!
I've been using this facility for the last 5 years. Always clean, the staff is responsive and helpful and quiet.
We were there yesterday, picking up something from our storage. Claudette, the site manager was there with great help. Thank you very much, Claudette for your excellent customer service, we appreciate it.
They did a bait and switch with their online prices and after I moved in, they switched the price to double. Tried calling several times to clear the issue, still have not got a response.
In February, I was informed that this increase was a mistake on Public Storage's behalf. They assured me that this issue would be resolved with management and that the original price agreed upon during my move-in must be honored.
I have been chasing after the management for several MONTHS now with several phone calls, and even when I receive a response, it has been by untrained employees with nebulous answers.
My latest email, now shows that they want to increase the rent triple. I will escalate my concerns to corporate.
Very Bad Management.

I recently experienced some hiccups with my rental at another storage facility and decided to come to this public storage location (911 S SR-7). Claudette welcomed me warmly and was incredibly kind and informative. Moving always comes with its own stressors, but Claudette was able to help my family’s move with ease. She truly sets the example for amazing customer care. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this location for their exceptional service. Thank you, Claudette!
