It was easy to reserve our storage unit online. The app made it easy to manage my account and also loved that I could open the gate without having to get out of my car. We needed a storage unit for 6 months and went to it often with no problems. It was a simple process to notify them when we were moving out, we followed their move out procedure (clear out belongings and take the lock) and all went well.

One of the main contributions to a successful business is the employees/staff members. I have to say that I appreciate the Customer Service/clarification that Marjorie at this location so kindly offered by answering some Questions I wasn't too knowledgeable about. Marjorie was very Friendly, accommodating, & professional. Showed empathy (which in my opinion this world is in need of). Public Storage offers many appealing factors 1 The user friendly app to open the gate and manage your billing. I love it! It's very convenient. 2. The Units are affordable based on the sizes as all storage places are pretty much the same in price. I am not to fond of the time 9-9 as I work late at times and I can not get to my storage in time. Yet, I am impressed with the Gate procedure and rules in place because I know my things have a better chance of keeping safe then a Storage Facility you can just drive into with no problems. If anyone asks I would say,"I recommend Public Storage, they seem to know what many of us is looking for"
