I’ve had an excellent experience with Public Storage in Pace, Florida. Crystal, the manager, is one of the main reasons. She is genuinely friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. She takes the time to answer questions, makes sure everything goes smoothly, and truly seems to care about her customers and their experience. Every visit has been pleasant because of her professionalism and kindness. The rest of the staff has also been welcoming and helpful. The facility is consistently clean, the climate-controlled areas are well maintained, and the outside of the property is always neat and in excellent condition. It’s clear that this location is well managed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally run storage facility.
Local staff at the Pace location are extremely helpful!! Any time I have a question or concern, I am always treated as a valued customer with the utmost respect. Ms. Trish is so polite and very knowledgeable and relieved my concerns. There are some changes being made by corporate that are tough to handle but the staff go above and beyond to assist however they can.
We were still shopping around but Ms.Trish took her time to answer all our questions and she went above and beyond to take good care of us that decided to stop looking around and go ahead and go with Public Storage. I love that she was very honest, and that she was very knowledgeable and offered us pros and cons on different options and also gave us so much insight that we were just not thinking about. What got me though is that I sensed that she truly wanted to help us, and that we weren’t just another customer. That means a lot. Thank you Ms.Trish for taking care of me and my family! I gave you the max 5 Stars, but I would have given you so much more if I had the option.
Mr Evan was totally amazing caring honest and spoke high of his units. Second time I’ve used Public Storage in the panhandle area of Florida in the last couple months. Both times have been a great experience, easy to use the app and the people I’ve worked with have been super! This one’s in Pace and is very clean and well maintained. Previous in Pensacola was nice too.

I came back to my storage units to get a few things, and I met Evan, the employee working here. Evan was very professional and helpful, asking if I needed anything before he departed for his lunch break - He ended up cancelling my trial Orange insurance as I already had coverage through my own insurer, saving me money! I would highly recommend this storage location, not only due to its convenience and offerings, but also for the excellent service by employees like Evan.. Thanks for the great customer service!
