My first time renting a storage unit and I had the pleasure of working with a young guy named Mike Briley. He was very helpful and helped me decide what size I needed. He explained all the benefits of renting from this location. He was very knowledgeable of all my needs. I was very comfortable working with him. I was very impressed with the facility on how clean it was.
Mike was an all-star. I’ve moved plenty of times over the past 6-7 years and have used many different storage locations. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any location. Check in and out was very easy, the location was clean and all staff were very courteous. I will admit in my older years I’ve started to have some trouble moving large items, Mike saw my struggle and stepped up to help me out!!!! I will be using this location primarily moving forward. Update: It has been three years now with public storage near white lake, and they are AMAZING. You can’t beat the location and the rates are fairly decent, considering you’ll have an air conditioned unit! Since I’ve started my journey with Public storage, Ronnie has always been there! She’s the absolute best. Always returns phone calls and is always eager to help out as much as she can. Definitely a plus to the company!!

This is by far my best experience with any storage facility. The only reason for that is the manager, Ronnie. She surpasses all with her customer service, friendliness, helpfulness, and she doesn’t blink an eye as far as giving a hand if she can and is able. She’s always doing something and never lets my discouragement with things to affect her negatively. The company really needs to get it together with the elevators automatic shut off because people are too rude and ignorant to NOT prop open doors which causes the elevator not to work. So, I’m upstairs and can’t get down with a load. Ronnie comes as fast as she can to fix it pronto! People seem to think the carts are theirs and keep them in the lockers and then there are none for anyone else-and I use my storage unit on a weekly basis so it’s important that I have the tools I need when I get there. Somehow this girl manages to figure out something and help me out! There’s no end to her sparkling personality, humor, and kindness. She has assisted in every aspect from changing lockers, the bills, facility needs, etc- The only reason this facility gets 5 stars is because of her-or I’d be gone by now! We have been there since it opened and have had several units over the last few years and by far-Ronnie has NO competition because NO ONE can come close to her work ethics, dive and overall service. I appreciate when someone like this is a part of what I’m doing. If I had a business that required management, I’d double what they’re paying her and steal her out from under them. She’s a gem and I couldn’t have done a lot without her! Thank you!!

She had all the right answers to my questions and made a huge difference in my life today. I am very thankful for her wonderful attitude and for all of her extravagant work! This employee deserves a raise just for being her! I went to go rent a unit today and the lady that was there by the name of Karen, was very knowledgeable really very nice, and had a lot of patience with me, she gave me some options with different sizes of storage units that are affordable, the facility is very nice and clean, well lit and security cameras well established all throughout the area inside as well as out side..

Ronnie, the manager here, has been, for the past three years since Public Storage took over, one of the most positive and helpful customer service people I have encountered. I live in NY and any time I called, she was responsive and cheerful. Now, as I’m moving my things out of Public Storage, and I’m meeting her in person for the first time, my admiration for her has only increased. She made my transition easy and I highly recommend her as a stellar employee.
