The property managers of the storage unit are great and very friendly to work with. If you ever have any issues, contact the property managers over the call center! They are more than happy to talk you through and work with you on anything that may come up.

I love the fact that I was able to locate the facility and when I had questions, they were readily answered. It is so easy to have my payments on the autopay as well. This ensures that I don't accidentally overlook a payment. The unit is clean and in a controlled space so I have no need to worry about where anything is. I'm glad that I found them. The way and convience of the way it's set up is one less thing I have to worry about. I would reccomed them highly.

Despite having a terrible previous experience with the Public Storage on Davis HWY in pensacola I decided to give public storage another shot.
I was surprised at how well this location operates.
Shannon was very helpful in explaining all the new features like using the app to open the gate and the entire process.

I called and looked online for self storage and for less than the places not climate controlled, I ended up getting a bigger storage unit that is climate controlled through Public Storage. And the entire ordeal from the time I walked in the door until the time I started putting my stuff into my unit, was faster than even looking online for the other places. Public Storage is fast, affordable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I have used several storage places in the area, but Chantilly is by far the best. The compound is large enough that it makes getting in and out of the units extremely easy. I will never use any other storage and I highly recommend Chantilly to anyone needing a storage unit
