The staff at this location are courteous, professional, and consistently helpful while adhering to company policies. However, I am dissatisfied with the lack of advance notice regarding price increases for my rental unit. While I understand that my initial rate was a promotional web price, it is essential to inform customers in advance about upcoming price adjustments, including the timing and amount of the increase. Clear communication on this matter would greatly improve the customer experience.

I lovvvvve the storage unit itself but the payment is annoying. I opted for autopay so I don't have to worry about it but for whatever reason, the autopay didn't work so I was charged a bunch of late fees and when I called, they couldn't pull up my info. Ridiculous if you ask me

Alex at this PS location was Awesome 👏🏾 he walked with me to my space and showed me how to access my space, he exchanged my unit to the first floor after I complained how in the reservation it showed the unit was on the 1st floor not the the 4th. Millie at the counter was also Awesome 👏🏾 helping me out with $1.03 when I was short on the fee to exchange the unit. They’re just good ppl with excellent customer service skills 💯💯

Let me just start off with how refreshing it is that great customer service still exist and it is still being practiced. Carlos was amazing as he took the time with me in deciding which unit would best fit my needs. Then I had an opportunity speak with Carla later that day as she shared with me how to keep my unit secure while moving my items in throughout the day. Today I called and spoke with Mike, and he listened to my questions and researched the answer I needed. Very professional location that is a hidden gem. I know I made the right decision by choosing this location!

Stay far away! Our boat went missing and they can’t even show us the camera footage. Corporate hasn’t even called us to check up on us.

Peor customer service que he visto en mi vida. Many es un estafador, fui a ese storage porque hice mi reserva online, el día que tenía que ir lleve mis cosas y resulta que mi storage estaba en un piso 4 y yo había hecho reserva para primer piso, desde que llegamos la atención de Many fue patética, 0 ganas de ayudar o de hablar, pedí que me cambiaran a uno con las mismas medidas pero en primer piso y con la misma promoción que yo tenía de el Primer Mes $1. Me dijo que tenían uno y que conservaría mi promoción, luego cuando hizo el cambio (que a juzgar por su apatía no quería hacer) me dijo que tenía que pagar $28 extras y que no sabía realmente de que eran y yo accedí solo porque realmente tenía que dejar mis cosas allí, sumado a esto ya había pagado $53 en mi reserva online de cargos administrativos, es decir ya el primer mes no estaba siendo $1. Han pasado aprox dos semanas solamente y hoy me llamó para decirme que tenía que pagar una deuda de $144 por el mes del storage, y yo le dije que aún ni siquiera tenía un mes ahí y que yo tenía la promoción, pues el se hizo el loco me atendió súper mal súper mal educado y no me ayudó en lo absoluto, se lavo las manos y dijo que el no sabía nada. JAMÁS vayan a este lugar JAMÁS!!!!

Visite public Storage donde Many y Julio trabajan fue decepcionante. Su servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear. Ambos parecían desinteresados y poco dispuestos a ayudar. Además, la falta de profesionalismo fue evidente en su actitud apática hacia las preocupaciones de los clientes. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que busque un servicio amable y atento.
Visited Public Storage where Many and Julio work was disappointing. Their customer service left much to be desired. Both seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism was evident in their apathetic attitude towards customer concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking friendly and attentive service.

I would highly recommend Public Storage at 117 Ave SW 160 St.. We were on a waiting list and Manny called us immediately when a space became available. When we arrived at the location we were greeted by Mike and Manny, who were very profesional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything and certainly made the process nice and easy. The facility is well maintained and secured and with personnel like Mike and Manny. It was an east decision!
